Claims (7)

  1. 직사각형의 중공체로서 형성된 지지막대와 이로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 좁은 측면에 평행으로 뻗어있고, 홀더부재를 거쳐 지지막대와 고정결합되어 있는 코드지지레일로 구성되어 있는 직기샤프트용 막대에 있어서, 지지막대(1)의 넓은 측면을 형성하는 얇은 벽을 가진 2개의 금속박판부분(6,7)사이에, 좁은 측면을 형성하고, 황단면이 직사각형으로 되어 있는 견고한 세로막대(4)와 코드지지레일(3)용 홀더부분을 형성하고, 넓은 측면의 금속박판부재(6,7)에 대향하여 있는 두꺼운 금속박판으로 구성된 프로필 레일(2)의 또다른 좁은 측면을 형성하는 다리(5)가 용접되어 있고, 프로필 레일의 또다른 다리(8)에는 한가닥으로 형성된 코드지지레일(3)이 용접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트막대.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지막대(1)이 그 공동내에 가로방향으로 뻗어있는 다수의 단일공동(11,14)에 제공된 충전몸체(10,12)가 포함되어 있고 이러한 단일공동(11,14)가 탄력성 있는 방음재로 채워져있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트 막대.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 충전몸체(10,13)과 단일 공동(11,14)가 서로 대향하여 있는 측면에서 점착층이 제공된 탄성 재료스트립(12)에 의하여 덮어져 있고, 이 재료스트립이 넓은 측면의 금속박판부분(6,7)과 점착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트 막대.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 점착결합에 이용되는 재료스트립(12)가 점착층의 경화후 그 탄력특성을 보유하는 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트 막대.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 충전몸체(10,13)이 통과공(14)에 제공되어 있는 다수의 경질거품(13) 또는 벌집모양의 공동(11)이 제공되어 있는 재료(10)(예 : 경지)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트 막대.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 샤프트막대의 모든 금속부분(2 내지 7)이 레이저 용접에 의하여 서로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트 막대.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 코드지지레일(13)과 결합되어 있는 프로필 레일(2)의 다리(8)에 세로방향으로 뻗어있는홈(9)가 제공되어 있고, 이 홈에 외측으로 코드지지레일(3)이 홈의 내측과 단접되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직기샤프트용 샤프트 막대.
