Abstract
본 발명은 전기접점을 조인트에 만드는 장치 및 이 장치를 만드는 장치에 관한 것이다. 장치는 2개의 금속면(1),(2)및 전기접점이 만들어지는 사이의 조인트(5)에 포위된 전기접점 메이킹 장치를 포함하고 접점 메이킹장치94)가 서로 유지되고 플라스틱재료(3)에 의해 보호된다. 이 장치는 접점 메이킹장치(4)의 면침루 장치(6)가 스프링되도록 압력을 조인트에 가하고 압력을 유지하는 동안 플라스틱재료(3)를 유체상태에서 고체상태로 변환하여 만든다. 따라서, 금속면(1), (2)에 대한 면침투 장치(6)의 탄성 바이어싱 효과가 장치에서 영구적이된다.

Claims (8)
- 조인트를 따라 전기도전율을 균일하게 분배하기 위해 금속면 조인트에 전기 접점을 만드는 장치에 있어서, 금속면(1),(2) 사이의 조인트(5)는 금속면(1),(2)에 접착된 플라스틱재료(3)로 채워지며; 조인트(5)는 면침투장치(6)이 위치한 접점영역이 제어된 방식으로 조인트(5)를 따라 분배하는 방식으로 금속면(1),(2)사이에 전기접점을 형성하도록 부분적으로 금속면(1),(2)을 절단하는 면침투장치(6)을 포함하는 전기접점 메이킹 장치(4)를 구비하며; 면침투 장치(6)의 접점영역은 플라스틱층(3)에 의해 산화로 부터 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조인트(5)의 플라스틱재료(3)는 열가소성재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접점 메이킹 장치(4)는 조인트(5)의 전체길이를 따라 연장되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접점 메이킹 장치(4)는 조인트(5)의 전체길이를 따라 연장되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 형성된 조인트에서 바의 횡축을 따라 소정의 간격을 한 침투장치(6)의 금속면(1),(2)을 절단하도록 하는 금속바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접점 메이킹 장치가 조인트(5)에 위치할 때 횡축을 따라 각각 반회전 트위스트 금속면 (1),(2)을 절단하도록 횡축으로 트위스트된 금속밴드 또는 스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 조인트(5)의 플라스틱재료(3)는 이온이노매릭 플라스틱으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 플라스틱재료(3)가 유체상태인 동안 플라스틱층(3)과 접점 메이킹 장치(4)를 포함하는 금속면(1),(2)에 금속면의 평면에 직각인 과압력이 가해지고, 접점 메이킹 장치(4)의 면침투 장치(6)가 장치에 영구적으로 유지되는 기계적으로 바이어스된 접점압력을 얻도록 잔류과압력에 의해 플라스틱재료(3)을 고체상태로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
