Claims (17)

  1. 다음 구조식(I)로 나타내는 티오산 아미드 유도체와 그의 산첨가 염.
    윗식에서, R은 수소, C1-18알킬, C2-6알겐일 또는 C2-6알킬일기 이고, R1은 수소, 할로겐 또는 메톡시기이되, a) R과 R1의 적어도 하나는 수소가 아니고, b) R이 에틸기면 R1은 수소가 아니며, c) R이 메틸기이면 R1은 수소 또는 메톡시가 아니다.
  2. 4-(4′-헥실옥시-3-메톡시페닐)-티옥소메틸모르폴린.
  3. a) 다음 구조식(II)의 알데히드를 모르폴린 및 황과 반응시키거나, b) 다음 구조식(III)의 카르복실산, 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 모르폴린과 반응시키거나, 또는 c) 다음 구조식(IV)의 모로폴리드를 티온화 시약과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어져 있으며, 원하는 바에 따라서는 상기 방법 a)-c)중 하나에 따라 얻어진 R이 수소인 구조식(I)의 화합물을 구조식 R2-Hlg(여기에서 Hlg는 할로겐이며, R2는 C1-18알킬, C2-6알켄일 또는 C2-6알킨일기를 나타냄)의 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 다음 다음 구조식(I)로 나타내는 티오산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
    윗식에서, R은 수소, C1-18알킬, C2-6알겐일 또는 C2-6알킬기이고, R1은 수소, 할로겐 또는 메톡시기이되, a) R과 R1의 적어도 하나는 수소가 아니며, b) R이 에틸기이며 R1은 수소가 아니며, c) R이 메틸기이면 R1은 수소 또는 메톡시가 아니다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 a) 방법의 반응은 40℃ 내지 60℃, 바람직하게는 약 120℃에서 실행하는 것인 티오산아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 용매없이 용융상태에서 실행하는 것인 티오산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 b) 방법의 구조식(III)의 카르복실산 반응성 유도체로써 산 할라이드, 산 무수화물, 혼합 무수화물 또는 에스테르를 사용하는 것인 티오산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 c) 방법의 티온화 시약으로서 디포스로퍼스 펜타설파이드를 사용하는 것인 티온산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 불활성 용매에서 40℃ 내지 160℃의 온도에서 실행하는 것인 티오산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  9. 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 R이 수소인 구조식(I)의 화합물의 알킬화 반응은 염기축합제, 바람직하게는 포타슘 카보네이트의 존재하에서 실행하는 것인 티온산 아미드 유도체의 제조방법.
  10. 제3항에 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 적당한 출발물질을 사용하는 것으로 이루어진 4-(4′-헥실옥시-3-메톡시페닐)-티옥소메틸모르폴린의 제조방법.
  11. 활성물질로 구조식(I)의 화합물을 적당한 불활성 고체 또는 액체의 담체 또는 희석제와 혼합시키는 것으로 이루어진 동물사료용 조성물.
  12. 유효량의 구조식(I)의 화합물을 적당한 불활성 고체 또는 액체 담체와 혼합시키는 것으로 이루어진 체중증가 효과를 갖는 사료 첨가물, 예비배합물 및 기성 사료.
  13. 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 담체로써 동물의 먹이 또는 사료로 적합한 식물성 또는 동물체의 물질, 바람직하게는 태운 옥수숫, 태운 귀리, 거칠게 간 곡식 또는 가루 형태의 밀, 보리, 겨, 옥수수, 콩, 귀리, 호밀 또는 목초 또는 생선가루, 고기가루, 뼈가루 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 것인 조성물.
  14. 제11항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성물질은 4-(4′-헥실옥시-3-메톡시페닐)-티옥소메틸모르폴린인것인 조성물.
  15. 구조식(I)의 화합물을 적당한 불활성 담체 또는 액체 희석제와 혼합시키는 것으로 이루어진 제11항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
  16. 제11항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 따른 사료 또는 먹이 첨가물을 동물에게 먹이는 것으로 이루어진 동물의 체중증가 및 사료 이용율 개선방법.
  17. 사육동물의 체중 증가와 사료 이용율 개선을 위한 구조식(I)의 화합물의 이용.
