Claims (14)

  1. (a)연마 그레인, 유리질 결합물질 및 일시적 바인더 성분을 함께 혼합하여 균질의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계 ; (b) 그 혼합물을 금형내에 넣는 단계 ; (c) 상기 혼합물을 금형내에서 압축시키는 단계 ; 및 (d) 상기 압축된 혼합물을 소결하여 연마 그레인을 함께 결합시키는 단계 ;를 포함하는 휠구조지수 (Wheel Structure Index WSI)가 1이상인 유리질 결합된 연마물 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 금형내에 넣는 단계 이전에 연마물 제조성분에 설탕/ 전분 입자를 혼합시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유리질 결합된 연마물 제조방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 설탕/ 전분 입자는 연마그레인, 유리질결합 물질 및 일시적 성분의 혼합물에 혼입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 설탕 / 전분 입자는 전분에 대한 설탕의 비가 중량비로 50/50∼90/10 비율임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 3항에 있어서, 상기 전분에 대한 설탕의 비는 중량비로 70/30 ∼85/15 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 3항에 있어서, 설탕/전분 (입자) 크기는 0.15㎜∼2.00㎜범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 5항에 있어서, 상기 설탕 /전분 입자크기는 0.30∼1.18㎜ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 1항에 있어서, 상기 설탕 /전분 입자는 연마그레인의 중량을 기준으로 약 1.0%∼15.0 중량% 범위로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 7항에 있어서, 상기 량은 연마그레인의 중량을 기준으로 약 2.0∼10중량% 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 1항에 있어서, 상기 연마물품 제조성분에 설탕 / 전분입자를 혼입시키는 단계는 상기 유리질결합물질과 연마 그레인 및 일시적바인드를 혼합하기 전에 상기 유리질 결합물질과 설탕/ 전분 입자를 혼입시키는 단계임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 1항에 있어서, 상기 연마그레인은 용융알루미나, 졸-겔 알루미나, 탄화규소, 등방성질화붕소(cubic boron nitride) 및 다이아몬드 연마 그레인으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 1항에 있어서, 최소 2개의 화학적으로 다른 연마 그레인이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 청구범위 1항에 의해 제조된 연마물품.
  13. 청구범위 5항에 의해 제조된 연삭휠.
  14. 청구범위 10항에 의해 제조된 연삭휠
