Claims (10)

  1. 소정의 폭을 갖는 연삭숫돌을 회전 횡단시켜 그것의 외측 표면을 트루잉 및 드레싱하되, 상기 숫돌이 다이아몬드 입자의 수직층의 가장자리부와 마찰 결합하는 연삭숫돌용 트루잉 및 드레싱 공구에 있어서, 양측면을 갖는 것으로, 상기 숫돌과의 결합폭을 가로질러 접촉표면을 형성하는 다이아몬드 입자의 수직 박층을 구비하는 적어도 하나가 장착된 다각형 블록과 ; 상기 블록과 그것을 회전 횡단하는 연삭숫돌 간의 마찰 결합중, 상기 다각형 블록을 보유하기 위한 장착 기부를 포함하는 트루잉 및 드레싱 공구.
  2. 소정의 폭을 갖는 회전형 연삭숫돌을 트루잉 및 드레싱 하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 다이아몬드 입자의 수직 박층을 갖는 적어도 하나의 다각형 블록을 구비한 트루잉 및 드레싱 공구를 상기 숫돌의 외주에 소정각도로 결합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 입자층의 폭에는 다이아몬드가 하나씩 배치되는 발명.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 입자층의 폭은 약 0.8㎜ 이하인 발명.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 입자층의 크기는 약 0.17㎜ 내지 약 0.8㎜인 발명
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드층은 상기 블록의 적어도 한측면에 부착되는 발명.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기층은 도금이나 금속결합 또는 화학 증착법에 의해 상기 공구에 부착되는 발명.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 입자층은 상기 불록 양측면의 중간에 배치되는 발명
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기부는 상기 숫돌의 회전 횡단 경로와 사각 (obilque angle)으로 장착되는 발명.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 블록의 접촉층을 형성하는 상기 다이아몬드층은 비선형인 발명
