Claims (6)

  1. 공작물에 부착하여 사용하기에 적합한 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치로서, 상기 칩 제거장치는 공작물의 표면에 부착되기에 적합한 연속적인 테두리를 갖는 하부판(3)과, 상기 하부판(3)의 둘레를 따라 대체로 수직하게 상부로 연장되어 가공액을 수용할 수 있는 내부공간(6)이 형성된 상부판(4)과, 상기 상부판의 일측에 상기 공간과 상호 연통되게 설치된 노즐(5)을 포함하는 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부판(3)이 상기 상부판(4)의 내부공간(6)을 완전히 차단하도록 상기 상부판(4)에 설치되어 있는 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부공간(6)은 가공액의 배출지역으로 향할수록 점차 좁아지게 형성되어 있는 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하부판(3) 및 / 또는 상부판(4)의 내측면은 전극의 외형에 대응하도록 형성되어 있는 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐(5)의 라인에는 전자 밸브(8)가 설치되어 있는 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상부판의 가공액 배출부위에 가공액 분산 방지수단(7)이 설치되어 있는 방전가공기의 칩 제거장치.
