Abstract

Dispositivo di rimozione o asportazione di truciolo usato in una lavorazione alla macchina utensile facente uso di un elettrodo di scarica. Il dispositivo comprende una piastra inferiore atta ad essere disposta sulla superficie del pezzo in lavorazione che deve essere lavorato, una piastra superiore avente una superficie interna definente una cavità, e una camera di olio per lavorazione ad asportazione atta a comunicare con un vuoto definito tra un elettrodo di scarica e la porzione del pezzo in lavorazione lavorato con l'elettrodo di scarica e a fornire olio per lavorazione ad asportazione in pressione ad essa. La camera di olio per lavorazione ad asportazione è definita dalla cavità e dalla porzione di superficie esterna dell'elettrodo di scarica esposta alla cavità quando l'elettrodo di scarica penetra nella piastra superiore e nella piastra inferiore durante la lavorazione ad elettroscariche. E' anche fornito un rubinetto per la comunicazione con la camera di olio di lavorazione ad asportazione e per alimentare olio per la lavorazione in pressione da un alimentatore di olio per lavorazione ad asportazione ad essa. Quando olio per lavorazione ad asportazione in pressione viene alimentato al vuoto, viene effettivamente ottenuta l'asportazione dei trucioli.
