Claims (4)

  1. 회전하는 도전성 연삭공구(7)의 가공면을 따라서 도전성 연삭공구(7)와 공작물이 상대적으로 미끄럼 동작하는 종속가공에 있어서, 도전성 연삭공구(7)에 양극을 인가하고, 도전성 연삭공구(7)의 가공면과의 사이에 일정거리를 유지하면서 공작물과는 상대적인 이동이 없는 전극(15)(17)에 음극(-)을 인가하고 도전성 연삭공구(7)와 음극(-)사이에 약전성 냉각매체(11)를 개설하면서 연삭가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈연삭방법 및 연삭장치.
  2. 회전하는 도전성연삭공구(7)의 가공면을 따라서 공작물이 요동하는 연마기에 있어서, 도전성 연삭공구(7)에 양극(+)을 인가하고, 도전성 연삭공구(7)의 가공면과 일정거리를 유지하면서 공작물과는 상대적 이동이 없는 전극(15)에 음극(-)을 인가하는 전원(13)과, 도전성 연삭공구(7)와 전극(15)(17)사이에, 약전성 냉각매체(11)를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 연삭장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극(15)은 공작물을 지지하는 부재를 겸하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈의 연삭장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극(15)은 공작물을 지지하는 부재를 취부하는 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈연삭장치.
