Description

체질 및 수확량이 개선된 트랜스제닉 식물의 생산을 위한 플라스미드
제1도는 4.0kb플라스미드 p35S-Ω-ppase의 구조를 도시함.
제2도는 감자 및 담배에 있어서 피로포스파타제 유전자에 의해 코오드된 RNA의 노던 블랏 분석법에 의한 검출을 도시함.
제3도는 p35S-Ω-ppase 플라스미드에 의해 형질전환된 트랜스제닉 감자 및 담배 잎으로 부터의 단백질 추출물에서의 신규한 피로포스파타제의 활성 발생을 SCS포리아클리아미드 겔에서 검출하여 도시함.

Claims (15)

  1. 가용성 당의 대사를 변화시키는 단백질을 코오드하는 DNA 서열을 함유하는 플라스미드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 포스페이트/피로포스페이트 대사를 조정하는 물질을 코오드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 무기 피로포스파타제 유전자를 코오드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 대장균의 피로포스파타제 유전자를 코오드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 식물세포 또는 식물의 유전자 발현을 일으킬 수 있는 1종 이상의 다른 유전자의 조절 영역에 융합됨을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 조절 영역이 식물 유전자의 프로모터 영역 및 동일 또는 상이한 식물 유전자의 종결 신호로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 종결 신호가 옥토핀 합성효소 유전자의 폴리-A-사이드의 3'-말단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 프로모터가 꽃양배추 모자이크 비루스의 35S RNA의 프로모터 또는 잎에서 특이적으로 발현되는 유전자의 프로모터 임을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 유전자의 프로모터가 ST-LS1 유전자임을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
  10. 플라스미드 p35S-Ω-ppase(DSM 6141).
  11. 플라스미드 700 : ppa(DSM 6733).
  12. 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 정의한 DAN 서열을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물 세포 또는 식물.
  13. 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 기재한 플라스미드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물 세포 또는 식물.
  14. 개선된 가용성 당 대사를 갖는 트랜스제닉 식물의 생산에 있어서 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 플라스미드의 용도.
  15. 체질, 가뭄에 대한 내성, 서리에 대한 내성 및 수확량 중 적어도 하나를 개선시킨 트랜스제닉 식물의 생산에 있어서 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 플라스미드의 용도.
