제2도는 감자 및 담배에 있어서 피로포스파타제 유전자에 의해 코오드된 RNA의 노던 블랏 분석법에 의한 검출을 도시함.
제3도는 p35S-Ω-ppase 플라스미드에 의해 형질전환된 트랜스제닉 감자 및 담배 잎으로 부터의 단백질 추출물에서의 신규한 피로포스파타제의 활성 발생을 SCS포리아클리아미드 겔에서 검출하여 도시함.
Claims (15)
- 가용성 당의 대사를 변화시키는 단백질을 코오드하는 DNA 서열을 함유하는 플라스미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 포스페이트/피로포스페이트 대사를 조정하는 물질을 코오드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제2항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 무기 피로포스파타제 유전자를 코오드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제3항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 대장균의 피로포스파타제 유전자를 코오드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, DNA 서열이 식물세포 또는 식물의 유전자 발현을 일으킬 수 있는 1종 이상의 다른 유전자의 조절 영역에 융합됨을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조절 영역이 식물 유전자의 프로모터 영역 및 동일 또는 상이한 식물 유전자의 종결 신호로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 종결 신호가 옥토핀 합성효소 유전자의 폴리-A-사이드의 3'-말단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 프로모터가 꽃양배추 모자이크 비루스의 35S RNA의 프로모터 또는 잎에서 특이적으로 발현되는 유전자의 프로모터 임을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유전자의 프로모터가 ST-LS1 유전자임을 특징으로 하는 플라스미드.
- 플라스미드 p35S-Ω-ppase(DSM 6141).
- 플라스미드 700 : ppa(DSM 6733).
- 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 하나의 항에서 정의한 DAN 서열을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물 세포 또는 식물.
