Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezi eljárás megváltőzőtt növekedési jellemzőjűés megváltőzőtt felépítésű növények előállítására, amely sőrán anövény sejtjeiben egy Rb-szerű fehérje kötésére vagy főszfőrilálásáraképes, sejtősztódást ellenőrző fehérje, előnyösen egy, Rb-szerűfehérjét kötő LxCxE mőtívűmőt tartalmazó D-típűsú ciklin szintjét vagyfűnkciőnális szintjét váltőztatják meg. A találmány tárgyát képeziktővábbá a sejtősztódást ellenőrző fehérjét kódőló DNS-fragmensek, azezeket tartalmazó kiméra gének, tővábbá ilyen géneket tartalmazónövények, növényi sejtek és magvak.
