Claims (2)
- 워킹테이블(1)과 영상장치 및 레이저콘트롤부(2) 및 레이저출력부(3)를 포함하고, 상기 워킹테이블(1)과 콘트롤부(2) 및 레이저출력부(3)가 인터페이스(4)를 통해 영상감지데이타를 저장하고, 이를 편집제어하는 마이크로 프로세서(5)에 의해 제어되도록 한 레이저 가공장치에 있어서, 상기 워킹테이블(1)의 전구간을 스캐닝하여 조각하고자 하는 화상의 좌표값 데이타를 저장시키고 화상데이타의 이동감지에 따라 워킹테이블의 최소경로 프로그램의 비교정보를 제공하는 보조기억장치(6)를 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 레이저 조각장치.
- 워킹테이블(1)의 화상정보인 좌표값 데이타를 마이크로 프로세서(5)에 저장하고, 저장된 데이타값에 대응하게 워킹테이블(1)을 움직여 레이저출력부(3) 제어로 가공물을 가공하도록 한 레이저 조각방법에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 프로세서(5)에서 워킹테이블(1)의 이동좌표값을 결정함에 보조기억장치(6)에 격납되어 있는 조각화상 좌표데이타정보와 비교하여 워킹테이블(1)을 최소경로로 움직이도록 하는 최소경로수단을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 프로세서를 이용한 레이저 조각방법.
