Claims (10)
- a)유기 폴리이소시아네이트 및/또는 변성 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, b)최소한 2개의 반응성 수소원자를 포함하는 고분자량 화합물, 및 c)만일 필요하다면 저분자량 사슬 중량제를 d)방연가공제, e)발포제, f)촉매 및, 만일 필요하다면 g)보조제 및/또는 첨가제의 존재하에서 반응시킴으로써 감소된 연기 밀도를 갖는 내염성 연질 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법으로서, 방연가공제(d)가 멜라민 및 발포가능한 흑연임을 특징으로 하는 감소된 연기밀도를 갖는 내염성 연질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방연가공제(d)가 멜라민, 발포가능한 흑연 및 최소한 하나의 추가적인 방연가공제임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가적인 방연가공제가 변성 또는 비변성된 다중인산 암모늄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방연가공제(d)가 최소한 2개의 반응성 수소원자를 포함하는 고분자량 화합물(b)100중량부를 기준으로하여 di)멜라민 5내지 100중량부, dii)발포가능한 흑연 0.1내지 35중량부, 및 diii)최소한 하나의 추가적인 방연가공제 0내지 15중량부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방연가공제(d)가 최소한 2개의 반응성 수소원자를 포함하는 고분자량 화합물(b)100중량부를 기준으로하여 di)멜라민 45내지 65중량부, dii)발포가능한 흑연 6내지 18중량부, 및 diii)다중인산 암모늄 0내지 8중량부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민이 20내지 40㎛의 평균입자크기 및 500내지 650g/ℓ의 용적밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포가능한 흑연중 약95중량%가 0.5mm이하의 평균입자크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 추가적인 방연가공제가 하기 일반식의 변성된 다중인산 암모늄이고, 상기 변성된 다중인산 암모늄이 약170내지 약220의 에폭시 당량을 가지며 각각의 다중인산 암모늄 입자를 캡슐화하는 가황에폭시 수지 약0.5내지 20중량% 및 다중 인산 암모늄 약80내지 99.5중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법:H(n-m)+2(NH4)mPnO3n+1상기식에서, n은 평균 약20내지 800의 정수이고, m:n비는 약1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 화합물(b)가 b1)혼합물(b)의 중량을 기준으로하여 2내지 3개의 작용기를 가지며 3600내지 6500의 평균 분자량을 갖는 하나이상의 폴리에테르-폴리올 60중량%이상 및 b2)혼합물(b)의 중량을 기준으로하여 2내지 3개의 작용기 및 3600내지 6500의 평균 분자량을 가지며 3차아미노 그룹을 결합형태로 포함하는 그라프트 폴리에테르-폴리올 및 폴리우레탄/폴리에테르-폴리올 분산액, 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 중합체-변성 폴리에테르-폴리올 40중량%이하를 포함하는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 멜라민 5내지 100중량부, 발포가능한 흑연 0.1내지 35중량부 및 2내지 3개의 작용기 및 3600내지 6500의 평균분자량을 갖는 하나이상의 폴리에테르-폴리올 또는 중합체-변성 폴리에테르-폴리올, 또는 그의 혼합물 100중량부를 포함하는 멜라민/발포가능한 흑연/폴리에테르-폴리올 분산액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
