Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식( I )의 살리실산 유도체
    I
    식중에서 R1은 숙신이미독시; 2개 또는 3개의 질소원자를 포함하고 그리고 1개 또는 2개의 할로겐 원자 및/또는 1개 또는 2개의 다음 : C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬티오를 치환할 수 있는 5원 헤테로방향족 기; R2가 1개 내지 3개의 C1-C4-알킬기를 치환할 수 있는 C3-C12-시클로알킬, 1개 내지 5개의 할로겐원자 및/또는 방향기는 차례로 1개 내지 5개의 할로겐원자 및/또는 1개 내지 3개의 C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬티오를 치환할 수 있는, 다음 : C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, 시아노, C1-C8-알킬카르보닐, C3-C12-시클로알킬, C1-C8-알콕시카르보닐, 페닐, 페녹시 또는 페닐카르보닐중 하나와 치환할 수 있는 C1-C10-알킬, 2위치에서 1개의 다음 : C1-C8-알콕시이미노, C3-C6-알켄일옥시이미노, C3-C6-할로알켄일옥시이미노 또는 벤질옥시이미노, 또는 벤질옥시이미노를 치환할 수 있는 C2-C6-알킬, 차례로 1개 내지 5개의 할로겐 원자를 치환할 수 있는 각각의 C3-C6-알켄일 또는 C3-C6-알킨일, C1-C6-알킬 또는 C1-C6-알콕시에 의해 1내지 3회로 또는 할로겐에 의해 1내지 5회로 비치환 또는 치환되는 페닐, 또는 R6및 R7이 각각 페닐, C1-C4-알콕시 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬티오를 치환할 수 있는 C1-C20-알킬이거나 또는 페닐이거나 또는 결합하여 1개 내지 3개의 C1-C8-알킬 그룹을 치환할 수 있는 C3-C12-알킬렌 사슬을 함께 형성할 수 있는 -N=CR6R7인 -OR5이고 또한 R1은 R8이 수소, 알칼리 금속 양이온, 동가의 알킬린토금속 양이온, 암모늄 또는 유기 암모늄 이온인 -OR8이며, R2및 R3는 각각 C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬티오이고, R4는 에틴일 또는 1개 내지 3개의 할로겐원자를 치환할 수 있는 비닐이고, X는 산소 또는 황이고, Z는 질소 또는 =CH- 이다.
  2. 통상적인 방법으로, 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 헤테로 고리를 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 일반식( I )의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    식중에서 R9는 핵배척 이탈기이다.
  3. 통상적인 방법으로 하기 일반식( I' )의 화합물을 할로겐화물 또는 카르복실 그룹의 다른 활성화 형태로 전환시키고 이 형태를 알코올 R5OH, 디아졸 또는 트리아졸 또는 N-히드록시숙신이미드와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 일반식( I )의 화합물을 제조하는 방법 :

  4. 통상적인 방법으로 하기 유리 카르복실산(1")을 염으로 전환하고, 그리고 이 염을 하기 화합물(A)와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 청구된 바와 같은 일반식( I )의 화합물을 제조하는 방법 :

    식중에서, R10은 핵배척 이탈 그룹이고 그리고 R5는 다음의 1개 내지 3개의 C1-C4-알킬기를 치환할 수 있는 C3-C12-시클로알킬; 1개 내지 5개의 할로겐원자를 치환할 수 있고, 및/또는 방향족기가 차례로 1개 내지 5개의 할로겐원자 및/또는 1개 내지 3개의 다음의 C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시 및/또는 C1-C4-알킬티오를 치환할 수있는 다음의 : C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, 시아노, C1-C8-알킬카르보닐, C3-C12-시클로알킬, C1-C8-알콕시카르보닐, 페닐, 페녹시, 또는 페닐카르보닐중 하나를 치환할 수 있는 C1-C10-알킬; 2위치에서 다음 C1-C6-알콕시이미노, C3-C6-알켄일옥시이미노, C3-C6-할로알켄일옥시이미노 또는 벤질옥시이미노중 하나를 치환할 수 있는 C2-C6-알킬; 그들중 각각 이 차례로 1개 내지 5개의 할로겐 원자를 치환할 수 있는 C3-C6-알켄일 또는 C3-C6-알킨일이다.
  5. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물 :
    식중에서 R11은 수소, 아세틸 또는 메틸이다.
  6. 제1항에서 청구된 바와같은 일반식( I )의 화합물과, 통상적인 비활성 첨가물을 포함하는 제초제.
  7. 제거할 식물 및/또는 그들의 서식지를 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 유도체( I )의 제초적 양으로 처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제거할 식물성장을 조절하는 방법.
  8. 제초제로서 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 일반식( I )의 살리실산 유도체의 용도.
  9. 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 일반식( I )의 살리실산 유도체, 및 통상적인 비활성 첨가물을 포함하는 식물성장에 영향을 미치는 제제.
  10. 종자, 식물 및/또는 그들의 서식지를 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 일반식( I )의 살리실산 유도체의 성장-조절 양으로 처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 식물성장을 조절하는 방법.
