Claims (2)

  1. 암모니아 기체 스트림의 존재하에 연속 혼합, 혼련 및 분쇄를 수행하는 영역 속에서 170 내지 350℃의 온도로 등몰량의 인산이암모늄 및 오산화인으로부터 실질적으로 수-불용성인 연쇄형 암모늄 폴리포스페이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 연속 혼합, 혼련 및 분쇄를 수행하는 영역을 빠져나오는 수증기-함유 암모니아 기체로부터 물을 분리시킨 다음, 건조된 암모니아 기체를 상기 영역을 통해 다시 유동시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 암모니아 공급관과 오산화인 및 인산이암모늄 공급용관이 연결되고 암모늄 폴리포스페이트 배출관 및 기체 배출관이 시작되는 반응기를 포함하는, 제1에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 기체 배출관(10)이 응축기(13)에 연결되고, 응축기(13)가 펌프(14)를 통해 열 교환기(15)에 유동-연결되며, 암모니아 공급관(8)으로 연결되는 기체 배출 라인(18)이 열 교환기(15)로부터 시작됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
