제3도는, 이동차의 구성 및 주행로면과의 관계를 나타내는 개략 평면도.

Claims (15)

  1. 주행경로의 특정구간에 있어서 상기 주행경로를 따라서 설치되어 있는 급전용 전극(R)과, 배터리(12)에 의하여 상기 주행경로를 따라서 자동 주행하는 이동차(A)에 설치되어 있고, 상기 주행 경로의 특정 구간에 있어서 상기 주행경로를 따라 설치되어 있는 급전용 전극(R)과 미끄럼 이동 접촉하는 수전용 전극(8)과, 로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 이동차용 급전장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주행경로가 유도라인(L)에 의하여 구성되어 있는 동시에, 상기 이동차(A)가, 상기 유도라인(L)을 검출하는 센서(5)를 구비하고, 여서, 이 센서(5)의 검출정보에 의하여 상기 유도라인(L)을 따라서 자동 주행하는 이동차용 급전장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 급전용 전극(R)이 급전용 레일이며, 이 급전용 레일(R)이 주행로면내에 매설되어 있는 동시에, 상기 수전용 전극(8)이 집전용 부재이고, 이 집전용 부재(8)가 상기 이동차(A)의 바닥부에서 출퇴가 자유롭게 구성되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유도라인(L)은, 포면쪽을 N극, 뒷면쪽을 S극으로 자화된 자성체의 주위가 에폭시수지로 고정되어 주행로면에 매설되어 구성되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 특정구간의 앞뒤에는, 상기 이동차(A)가 특정구간의 시작과 끝을 검출할 수 있도록 마크(M)가 설치되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마크(M)는, 자석면을 표면쪽이 S극 또는 N극, 뒷면쪽이 N극 또는 S극으로 되도록 주행로면에 매설되어 구성되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이동차(A)에는, 주행용 모우터 구종장치(10)를 개재하여 주행용 모우터(1)에 의하여 추진구동됨과 동시에 조향용 모우터(2)에 의하여 조향구동되는 조향륜 겸용의 추진찰륜(3)의 차체 전방쪽에 설치되고, 종동륜(4)이 차체 후방쪽에 설치되어 있는 동시에 상기 마크(M)를 검출하기 위한 마크센서(6)가 설치되어 구성되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 집전용 부재(8)가, 모우터(22)와 나사 이송기구(23)에 의하여 상하로 이동조작되는 상태로 상기 이동차(A)에 붙임고정되어 있는 프레임(21)에 탄성재(20)를 개재하여 붙임고정되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 급전용 전극(R)은 교류전압이 인가되도록 되어 있는 동시에 상기 이동차(A)의 수전용 전극(8)에 얻어지는 교류전압을 강압하고, 또한 정류하여 상기 배터리(12)를 충전하기 위한 직류저전압으로 변환하는 충전기(24)가, 상기 이동차(A)에 설치되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 급전용 전극(R)이 급전용 레일이며, 이 급전용 레일(R)이 주행로면내에 매설되어 있는 동시에, 상기 수전용 전극(8)의 집전용 부재이고, 이 급전용 부재(8)가 상기 이동차(A)의 바닥부로부터 출퇴가 자유롭게 구성되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이동차(A)에는, 주행용 모우터 구동장치910)를 개재하여 주행용 모우터(1)에 의하여 추진구동됨과 동시에 조향용 모우터(2)에 의하여 조향구동되는 조향륜 겸용의 추진차량(3)이 차체 전방쪽에 설치되어 있고, 종동륜(4)이 차체 후방쪽에 설치되어 있는 동시에, 상기 마크(M)를 검출하기 위한 마크센서(6)가 설치되게 구성되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 집전용 부재(8)가 모우터(22)와 나사 이송기구(23)에 의하여 상하로 이동 조작되는 상태로 상기 이동차(A)에 붙임고정되어 있는 프레임(21)의 지지대(30)에, 탄성제(20)를 개재하여 붙임고정되어있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 지지대(30)는, 중계대(30b)에 연진축(P)으로 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 탄성재(30c)에 의하여 회동범위의 중앙에 힘이 더해지고 있는 동시에, 상기 지지대(30)의 상하 중앙부에는 한쌍의 가이드 로우러(30a)가 설치되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 로울러(30a)가 상기 급전용 레일(R)을 덮어씌우는 피트커버(P2')의 안쪽에 접하고 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 충전기(24)가 만드는 직류 저전압은, 상기 배터리(12)의 전력보다 약간 높은 전압으로 설정되어 있는 이동차용 급전장치.
