Claims (25)

  1. (A) 자유 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리우레탄 프레폴리머와 강화제를 함유하는 페이스트상 폴리우레탄 성분 및 (B) 페이스트상 함수 성분으로 구성되며, 상기 성분(A)가 물로 유리될 수 있는 봉쇄된 경화제를 함유하고, 상기 성분(B)가 성분(A)와 (B)의 혼합이 종결된 후 지연된 방식으로 물을 유리시키는 담체 물질에 가역적으로 결합된 물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 특히 자동차의 직접 글레이징 처리에 사용하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 실런트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 담체 물질로서 분말 셀룰로오스, 전분 또는 코르크를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 불활성의 점성액체중에 담체 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 점성 액체가 경화된 실런트를 위한 가소제인 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가소제가 페놀 또는 크레졸의 알킬술폰산 에스테르 및 벤질 부틸 프랄레이트로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 틱소트로피제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 틱소트로피제가 카본 블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 폴리올을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 습윤제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 방향족 용제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 방향족 용제가 톨루엔 또는 크실렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가, 분자체에 결합함으로써 붕쇄되어 있는 적어도 이작용성의 일급 또는 이급 아민을 경화제로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 아민이 에틸렌디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  14. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가, 아민 작용기가 엔아민 또는 케티민으로의 전환에 의해 화학적으로 붕쇄되어 있는 적어도 이작용성의 아민을 경화제로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  15. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가 경화제로서 옥사졸리딘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (A)가 틱소트로피제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 틱소트로피제가 카본 블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트.
  18. 성분 (A)와 (B)를 혼합한 후에 지연된 방식으로 물을 유리시키는 물을 위한 담체 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 실런트에 사용하는 함수 성분(B).
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 제2항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한항에 따른 성분을 특징으로 하는 함수 성분(B).
  20. 성분 (A) 와 (B)를 2 : 1 이상의 체적비로 사용하고, 상기 성분 (A)와 (B)의 체적비 1 : 1의 균질한 혼합을 달성하는데 필요한 혼합엘리멘트(mixing elements) 수의 15내지 75%만을 갖는 스테이틱믹서(static mixer)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스테이틱 믹서를 사용하여 제1항에 따른 성분 (A) 와 (B)를 혼합하는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 와 성분 (B)가 체적비 2 :1 내지 100 :1, 바람직하기로는 5 :1 내지 100 :1의 범위로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  22. 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 와 (B)를 체적비 1 : 1로 균질하게 혼합하는데 필요한 혼합 엘리멘트수의 40내지 50%만을 갖는 스테이틱 믹서가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제20항 내지 제22항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서 내부 직경 5내지 30mm, 바람직하기로는 10 내지 20mm의 스테이틱 믹서가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  24. 제20항 내지 제23항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 와 (B)를 체적비 1 : 1로 균질하게 혼합하는데 필요한 적어도 24개의 혼합 엘리멘트 대신, 단지 4내지 18개, 바람직하기로는 8내지 12개의 혼합 엘리멘트를 갖는 케닉스 믹서(Kenics mixer)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제20항 내지 제23항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분 (A) 와 (B)를 체적비 1 : 1로 균질하게 혼합하는데 필요한 적어도 28개의 혼합 엘리멘트 대신, 단지 4내지 21개, 바람직하기로는 11내지 14개의 혼합 엘리멘트를 갖는 패키지 믹서(Package mixer)가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
