Claims (9)

  1. 폴리우레탄 예비중학체로서 NCO;OH의 몰비가 6:1내지 8:1이고 점도가 600내지 900MPa.s/20℃인 디페닐 메탄디이소시아네이트, 수소화디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트, 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트 및 헥사 메틸렌디이소시아네이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 디이소시아네이트 및 수평균 분자량이 한편으론400내지 1000, 다른 한편으로 1000내 지 4000이상인2가의 폴리올 혼합물과의 반응생성물 80내지 96중량부 (a),방향족 니트로소 화합물 1내지 5중량부(b), 에피클로로히드린과 노볼록 또는 비스페놀의 반응 생성물 군으로부터 선택된 0.45내지 0.75에폭시드 값을 갖는 탈-히드록시에폭시수지 3내지 10중량부(c), 및 임의로 하기식 C6H5-CnH2n-1(상기식중,n은 8내지 16이다)에 상응하는 알킬벤젠 1내지 20중량부(d)의 함유량으로 NCO기와 에폭시드기의 옥사졸리돈기로의 반응을 촉매하는 촉매의 부재가 특징인 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리올 기재의 폴리우레탄 예비중합체, 방향족 디니트로소 화합물, 다가의 에폭시드 화합물 및 임의로 알킬벤젠 및 표준 보조제, 경화촉매 및/또는 경화촉진제를 함유하는 중합 기재용 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  2. 제1항에있어서, 2가의 폴리올은 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 폴리테트라히드로푸란, 폴리카프로락톤으로 구성되는 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 2가의 폴리올은 폴리프로필렌글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  4. 제1내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 2가의 폴리올은 수평균 분자량이 한편으론 400내지 1000및 다른 한편으론 2000내지 4000인 폴리프로필렌글리콜류의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 히드록시기가 제거된 에폭시수지는 에피크롤로히드린 및 비스페놀 A는 F는 노볼락과의 반응 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  6. 제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알킬벤젠은 C10~14-알킬-치환된 벤젠임을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  7. 제1내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 방향족 디니트로소 화합물의 함량이 1내지 2중량부임을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  8. 제1내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 점도는 40내지 5000MPa.s/20℃임을 특징으로 하는 습윤-경화 플로킹 접착제.
  9. 제1내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 110℃이상의 인화점을 특징으로 하는 습윤경화 플로킹 접착제.
