Abstract

본 발명은 (A) (1) 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 또는 우레아 작용기, (2) 카르바메이트 또는 우레아이거나 이들이 아닐 수도 있는 하나 이상의 다른 작용기 및 (3) 수소 결합 공여기가 아닌 하나 이상의 수소 결합 수용기를 함유하는 다작용기성 화합물, 및 (B) 이 화합물 (A)상의 작용기와 반응성인 다수의 기를 함유하는 경화제를 포함하고, 단, 상기 다작용기성 화합물이 아크릴 에스테르 분지쇄를 통해 아크릴 골격에 결합된 카르바메이트 작용기 또는 우레아기를 지닌 아크릴 중합체 또는 소중합체, 폴리올 및 폴리산 성분의 중축합 반응 생성물인 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 소중합체, 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분과 폴리에스테르 폴리올 성분의 반응 생성물인 폴리우레탄 이외의 다른 화합물인 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. (A) (1) 하나 이상의 카르바메이트 또는 우레아 작용기, (2) 카르바메이트 또는 우레아이거나 이들이 아닐 수도 있는 하나 이상의 다른 작용기 및 (3) 수소 결합 공여기가 아닌 하나 이상의 수소 결합 수용기를 함유하는 다작용기성 화합물, 및 (B) 이 화합물 (A)상의 작용기와 반응성인 다수의 기를 함유하는 경화제를 포함하고, 단, 상기 다작용기성 화합물 (A)이 아크릴 에스테르 분지쇄를 통해 아크릴 골격에 결합된 카르바메이트 작용기 또는 우레아기를 지닌 아크릴 중합체 또는 소중합체, 폴리올 및 폴리산 성분의 중축합 반응 생성물인 폴리에스테르 중합체 또는 소중합체, 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분과 폴리에스테르 폴리올 성분의 반응 생성물인 폴리우레탄 이외의 다른 화합물인 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(A)(1)가 일차 카르바메이트기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, (A)(2)기가 카르바메이트기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, (A)(2)기가 일차 카르바메이트기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (A)(1)기가 일차 우레아기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (A)(1)기 및 화합물 (A)(2)기가 우레아기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, (A)(2)기가 일차 우레아기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, (A)(3)기가 에스테르기, 에테르기, 케톤기, 카르보네이트기, 3차 아민기, 3차 아미드기 설폰기 및 설파이드기로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, (A)(3)기가 에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르기, 카르보네이트 또는 폴리카르보네이트기, 에테르 또는 폴레에테르기, 또는 케톤기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 (A)(3)기가 하기 식으로 표기되는 기인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물;
    이 식 중에서, n은 1 내지 9이고, L은 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬렌 기이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, L이 1 내지 3개의 선형 탄소원자, 또는 4 내지 6개의 선형 탄소 원자, 또는 7 내지 12개의 선형 탄소 원자로 이루어진 스페이서 다리를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 240kg/㎥ 미만의 VOC를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체로서, 20중량% 미만의 비반응성 유기 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  14. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클리어 코팅 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  15. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  16. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화합물(B)가 아미노플라스트인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  17. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노플라스트가 멜라민 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
