Claims (3)
- 경로성분(L,X,Y,Z,C)을 출력하기 위하여 조 보간기를 갗는 고도의 동적 처리용 수치 제어장치에 있어서, 조 보간기는 시프레임-독립적으로 조 보간법을 수행하며 경로 윤곽의 기하학적 모양의 함수로서 다음의 단게 즉, a) 일군의 소정의 벡더길이로부터, 최대 벡더길이를 개시할때 경로성분(L,X,Y,Z,C)이 계산되고, b) 이 경로성분(L,X,Y,Z,C)에 대해서, 경로오차(E)가 결정되고 최대 경로 오차값과 비교되며, c) 만일 경로오차(E)가 최대경로 오차값을 초과하지 않는다면 경로성분(L,X,Y,Z,C)이 조 보간기(1)에 의하여 출력되고, d) 조 보간기(1)가 그렇지 않으면 다시 소정의 벡터길이로부터 차상의 작은 벡터를 기초로 하여 경로성분(L,X,Y,Z,C)을 계산하고 계속하여 단계 b)로 복귀함을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, e) 상기 조 보간기(1)가 경로성분(L,X,Y,Z,C)을 계산한 후 경로 윤곽의 종료점까지의 거리를 결정하고, f) 이 거리가 제로가 되는 경우에 있어서, 조 보간기(1)는 조보간화 작업을 종료하고, g) 그렇지 않으면, 조 보간기(1)는 상기 단계 a)로 복귀함을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소정의 벡터길이는 2개의 소정 벡터길이를 합성함으로써, 각 길이값이 1과 최대치 127 사이에 구성될 수 있도록 시뮬레이션에 의하여 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어장치.
