Claims (17)

  1. 디알킬(N-시아노이미도)카르보네이트를 용매와 강 염기 존재하에서 아미딘염과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 아릴 또는 아프알킬기에 의해 6-위치에서 치환된 2-아미노-4-알콕시-s-트리아진의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 2-아미노-4-알콕시-s-트리아진이 하기 일반식(I)의 방법 :
    상기 식에서, R1은 C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C2알킬이고 또 R2는 비치환되거나 또는 C1-C4알콕시에 치환된 C1-C8알킬;페닐 또는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 디플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 할로 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐;또는 페닐 또는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 디플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메틸, 할로 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐;C3-C6시클로알킬 또는 알릴임.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R2가 C1-C4알킬, 시클로프로필 또는 페닐인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이고 또 R2가 메틸, 에틸 또는 시클로프로필인 방.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 메틸인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디알킬(N-시아노이미도)카르보네이트를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아미딘염과 반응시키는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 상기 일반식(I)에서 정의한 바와 같고, X는 무기산 또는 유기산의 음이온이며, 또 n은 1또는 2임.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, n이 1이고 또 X가 할라이드, 비술페이트 또는 아세테이트 음이온이거나, 또는 n이 2이고 또 X가 술페이트 음이온인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, n이 1이고 또 X가 염화 음이온인 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 물, 일반식 R1OH(R1은 일반식(I)에서 정의한 바와 같음)의 알코올, 열린 사슬 또는 시클릭 에테르, C3-C7케톤, C5-C12탄화수소,1내지 6개 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C1-C6탄화수소, 1 또는 2개의 할로겐 또는 C1-C3알킬기에 의해 치환된 벤젠 또는 페닐, 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 용매가 메탄올, 에탄올, 메틸 삼차 부틸 에테르, 톨루엔 또는 염화 메틸렌, 또는 그의 혼합물인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 용매가 메탄올 및 톨루엔의 혼합물인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 강염기가 C1-C4알코올의 알칼리 금속염인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 강염기가 알킬리 금속 또는 알킬리 토금속 수산화물인 방
    법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 강염기가 고체 수산화 나트륨 또는 물에 용해된 수산화나트륨인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 -20내지 50℃범위인 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 -10내지 25℃범위인 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 용매인 메탄올과 톨루엔중, 5내지 10℃의 온도에서 나트륨 메틸레이트 메탄올성 용액을, 디메틸(N-시아노이미도)카르보네이트 및 아세트아미딘 히드로클로라이드의 교반된 혼합물에 부가하고, 또 반응이 실질적으로 완료될 때 까지 교반하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
