- 압전소자(6)와 웨이트(9)를 구비한 계-전기변환부(2), 피검출체에 맞닿는 지지면이 형성되어 상기 압전소자의 기준전극에 접속되어서 상기 기계-전기 교환부를 지지하고 있는 부시(1) 및 상기 압전소자의 양극에서 각각 도출된 출력단자(4)와 접지단자(17)가 마련되어 있는 커넥터(3a)를 구비해서 구성되는 진동검출기.
