Claims (5)
- 전도성 섬유 및 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유로 이루어진 전도성 층의 한면 또는 양면상에 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유층의 적층물을 포함하는, 전기절연층을 갖는 내열 및 방염 전도성 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 층내의 전도성 섬유의 총량이 0.3 내지 8g/㎡이고 전도성 층의 면적 저항이 105ohm/? 이하인, 전기절연층을 갖는 내열 및 방염 전도성 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 층내의 전도성 섬유의 총량이 8 내지 170g/㎡이고 전도성 층의 면적 저항이 3×100ohm/? 이하인, 전기절연층을 갖는 내열 및 방염 전도성 시이트.
- 폴리에타필렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유 제지 원료로부터의 습지를 전도성 섬유와 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유와의 혼합 원료로부터의 습지의 한면 또는 양면 상에집적(Laying)시키고, 종이웹으로 제지가공하며 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미트 섬유의 유리전이온도하 또는 이상에서 가열 및 가압하여 적층시킴을 포함하는, 전기절연층을 갖는 내열 및 방염 전도성 시이트의 제조방법.
- 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유 제지원료로부터 제지가공시켜 제조한 종이웹을 전도성 섬유와 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유와의 혼합원료로부터 제지가공시켜 수득한 종이 웹의 한면 또는 양면 상에 집적시키고, 폴리메타페닐렌 이소프탈아미드 섬유의 유리전이온도하 또는 이상에서 가열 및 가압하여 적층시킴을 포함하는, 전기절연층을 갖는 내열 및 방염 전도성 시이트의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
