Claims (5)

  1. (A)오가노퍼옥사이드-가교결합성 관능 그룹을 함유하는 오가노폴리실옥산이 주성분인 반경화성(semicurable)오가노폴리실옥산 조성물내로 활성 에너지가 25 내지 41kcal/몰인 오가노퍼옥사이드를 첨가하여 혼합시킴으로써 실리콘 고무 조성물을 제조하고;
    (B)이 실리콘 고무조서물을 100℃이하의 온도에서 미립자형태로 경화시켜, 상기한 오가노퍼옥사이드의 활성을 보유하면서 상기한 오가노풀리실옥산상에는 잔류 가교결합성 관능그룹을 함유하는 반경화된 미립자 성형 물질을 제조하고;
    (C)연속하여 금형내에 성형물질을 충전시키고 가압하, 100℃이상의 온도에서 완전히 경화시키는 단계들을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 실리콘 고무성형품을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(B)의 반경화된 미립자 성형 물질을 실리콘 고무분말로 더 피복시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(B)에서 미립자 성형물질이, 단계(A)로 부터 수득한 실리콘 조성물을 작은 구멍을 통해 점적(drop)형태의 경화용 유체내로 압출시킴으로써 제조되며, 이때 경화용 유체의 온도는 50 내지 100℃이하의 온도로 유지되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 경화용 유체가 물인 방법.
  5. 활성 에너지가 25내지 41kcal/몰인 오가노퍼옥사이드를 함유하고, 오가노퍼옥사이드-가교결합성 관능그룹을 함유하는 오가노폴리실옥산으로부터인 잔류 관능그룹을 함유하고, 실리콘 고무분말에 의해 피복된, 실리콘 고무성형품 제조용 반경화된 미립자 성형물.
