Claims (22)
- 적어도 하나의 유체유입구와 청정유체출구를 갖춘 필터하우징; 상기 유체유입구와 청정유체출구 사이에 위치된 필터매체; 상기 필터매체와 근접하여 위치되고, 상기 필터 내부의 압력보다 큰 압력을 갖춘 고압원과, 상기 필터내부의 압력보다 낮은 압력을 갖춘 저압원으로 이루어진 적어도 2개의 서로다른 압력원에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 노즐; 및 상기 필터매체와 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐사이에서 상대이동을 발생시켜 상기 노즐이 필터매체의 표면 대부분을 지나쳐 이동하도록 작동시키는 수단; 을 포함하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐을 상기 압력원의 각각에 택일하여 연결시키는 수단을추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압원은 펌프로 생성되고, 상기 저압원은 대기압으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상대이동을 발생시키는 수단은 유압실린더이고, 상기 유압실린더의 피스톤이 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐과 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐을 상기 압력원의 각각에 택일하여 연결시키는 수단이 적어도 하나의 제어밸브로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터매체는 평편형이고, 상기 상대이동은 반복적인 직선운동으로 이루어짐을 징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터매체는 원통형형상으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유체유입구의 상류측에 위치된 또 하나의 밸브와, 상기 밸브중의 어느 하나를 통하여 상기 노즐로 연결되는 덕트를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 상기 필터매체의 양측방향에서 대향되어 위치된 적어도 2개의 노즐을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 상기 필터매체의 일측방향에서 동일방향으로 위치된 적어도 2개의 노즐을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 적어도 2개의 노즐을 포함하고, 상기 2개의 노즐중 어느 하나에 가해지는 압력이 필터내부의 압력보다 높고, 상기 2개의 노즐중 나머지 하나에 가해지는 압력이 상기 필터내부의 압력보다 낮게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제11항에 잇어서, 상기 고압측 노즐의 출구는 상기 저압측 노즐의 출구보다 낮게 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압축 노즐의 단면적은 상기 저압측 노즐의 단면적보다 적게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 적어도 상기 필터매체와 근접하여 위치된 2개의 노즐을 갖추고, 각각의 상기 노즐은 상기 필터내부의 압력과는 다른 압력을 갖춘 압력원에 각각 연결되며; 상기 필터매체와 상기 적어도 2개의 노즐 사이에서 상대적인 반복직선 이동을 발생시키는 제1수단과, 상기 필터매체와 상기 적어도 2개의 노즐사이에서 상대적인 회전이동을 발생시키는 제2수단을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 직선 및 회전이동이 서로 병행되어 작동됨으로써 상기 2개의 노즐이 필터매체의 대부분을 지나쳐 이동함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 적어도 한쌍의 노즐이 제공되어, 상기 한쌍의 노즐중 어느하나가 서로 견고하게 일체로 연결된 2개의 튜브중 내측에 위치된 튜브와 연결되고, 상기 한쌍의 노즐중 나머지 하나가 상기 2개의 튜브중 외측에 위치된 튜브와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1수단은 유압실린더이고, 상기 실린더는 상기 피스톤 및 상기 노즐과 함께 회전됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 고압측의 노즐과 저압측의 노즐을 가추고, 상기 저압측 노즐은 필터하우징의 외측으로 향하여 상부방향으로 연장된 덕트의 하단부와 연결되고, 적어도 상기 덕트의 상단부는 상기 회전작동의 중심축에 대하여 외부로 향해 경사가 형성되며, 저압을 발생시키는 압력원은 상기 노즐과 함께 회전하여 상기 경사가 형성된 덕트내에서 생성되는 회전원심력으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 필터는 고압측의 노즐에 대하여 상기 압력원과 연결된 승압기를 갖추고, 상기 승압기는 상기 압력원을 상기 고압측의 노즐로 연결시키는 파이프 부재형상의 수축부와, 상기 수축부를 우회하고 상대적으로 상기 수축부보다 큰 내면적을 갖춘 우회통로 및, 상기 우회통로를 개폐시켜주도록 콤퓨터로 제어되는 제어밸브를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 고압측의 노즐에 작용하는 압력원은 전기적으로 작동이 되는 제1펌프이고, 상기 저압측의 노즐에 작용하는 압력원은 전기적으로 작동되는 제2펌프로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 청정유체출구를 개폐시키는 밸브를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 밸브.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 상대적인 회전작동은 상기 필터매체에 회전력을 전달시킴으로써 이루어지고, 상기 노즐은 단지 반복적인 직선 이동만을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 자체세척식 필터.
