Claims (17)

  1. 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 환원성 금속 화합물과 적어도 하나의 환원제의 혼합물에 금속 또는 합금의 생성물을 제조하기 위해 기계적 활성화를 가하는 단계와, 선택적으로 비금속, 또는 그 비금속을 제공하는 화합물을 세라믹 재료의 생성물을 제조하기 위해 반응 혼합물에 포함시키는 단계와/또는, 선택적으로 적어도 하나의 다른 금속이나 메탈로이드가 세라믹 재료나 합금 생성물속에서 혼입되도록 반응 혼합물에 포함된 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환원성 금속 화합물이 금속 생성물을 제조하기 위해서 적어도 하나의 환원제 존재하에 기계적으로 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 두가지 이상의 환원성 금속 화합물이 금속의 혼합물 또는 합금 생성물을 제조하기 위해 사용된 적어도 하나의 환원제의 존재하에 기계적으로 활성화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 다른 금속 및/또는 메탈로이드가 금속, 금속 혼합물 또는 합금 생성물에 병합되도록 반응 혼합물에 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 재료의 생성물을 제조하기 위해 적어도 하나의 환원제의 비금속 또는 그 비금속을 제공하는 화합물의 존재하에 적어도 하나의 환원성 금속 화합물을 기계적으로 활성화 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 다른 금속 및/또는 메탈로이드가 세라믹 재료의 생성물에 병합되도록 반응 혼합물에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  7. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 고 에너지 본 분쇄에 의해 기계적으로 활성화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  8. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계적 활성화가 불활성 또는 환원성 또는 분위기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  9. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 반응 혼합물에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  10. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기계적 활성화가 간헐적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  11. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원성 금속 화합물이 금속산화물, 황화물, 할로겐화물, 수소화합물, 질화물, 탄화물 및/또는 인산염중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  12. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 칼슘, 마그네슘 및 나트륨중에서 선택된 고체인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  13. 제1 내지 11항중 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 탄화수소에 용해된 알칼리듐,암모니아수에 용해된 알칼리 금속 및 나트륨 칼륨의 합금중에서 선택된 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  14. 제1 내지 11항중 한 항에 있어서, 환원제가 수소, 염소 및 일산화탄소중에서 선택된 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  15. 전기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제조된 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료가 초미세 입자 크기의 미립자들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 합금 또는 세라믹 재료의 제조 방법.
  16. 제1항 또는 제5 내지 15항중 한 항에 있어서, 세라믹 재료의 생성물이 세라믹 붕화물, 탄화물, 질화물 또는 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  17. 제1항 또는 제5 내지 15항중 한 항에 있어서, 세라믹 재료의 생성물이 초전도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
