Abstract
본 발명은 다이아몬드 및(또는)경질-금속 공구, 및(또는) 내마모성 피복물의 제조에 사용되는 결합제로서의 코발트 금속 분말 및 그로부터 제조된 복합 소결품에 관한 것이다.

제3도는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시태양에 따른 2성분 코발트 분말(제3도-실시예 2참조)의 SEM현미경 사진.
Claims (15)
- 분말의 20 내지 80중량%인 제1성분이 본질적으로 광학적으로 측정한 입도가 5 내지 150㎛인 분무 코발트 금속 분말로 이루어지고, 100중량%를 이루는 나머지는 제2성분이 본질적으로 광학적으로 측정한 1차 입도가 3㎛미만인 환원된 코발트 금속 분말로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 다이아몬드 및(또는) 경질 금속 공구, 및(또는) 내마모성 피복물을 제조하기 위한 결합제 금속으로서 사용되는 2성분 결정성 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분무 코발트 금속 분말의 양이 30 내지 70중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2성분이 응집된 것임을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결정성 코발트 금속 분말이 질소 1-포인트법(DIN 66131)으로 측정하여, 0.8㎡/g이상의 BET표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분무 코발트 성분이 주로 회전 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분무 코발트 금속 분말이 주로 회전 타원형인 수-분무 코발트 금속 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 분무 코발트 금속 분말이 주로 회전 타원형인 기체-분무 코발트 금속 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 겉보기 밀도가 1.4g/㎤미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 20ppm미만, 칼슘 20ppm미만, 나트륨 30ppm미만, 마그네슘 20ppm미만, 황 30ppm미만 및 규소 75ppm미만을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고온 압착 시험 플레이트에서 측정한, 록웰(Rockwell)경도가 적어도 98HRB인 것을 특징으로 하는 코발트 금속 분말.
- 경질-금속 분말 및 다이아몬드 분말로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 강화상, 및 제1항 또는 2항의 코발트 금속 분말로 이루어진 결합제가 있는 복합 소결품.
- 겉보기 밀도가1.4g/㎤미만이고, 고온-압착 시험 플레이트 중에서 측정한 록웰(Rockwell)경도가 적어도 98HRB이며, 알루미늄 20ppm미만, 칼슘 20ppm미만, 나트륨 ppm미만, 마그네슘 20ppm미만, 황 30ppm미만 및 규소 75ppm미만인 불순물 농도를 가지고, 질소 1-포인트법(DIN 66132)으로 측정한 BET표면이 0.8㎡/g이상이며, 본질적으로는 분무 코발트 성분 20 내지 80중량% 및 100중량%을 이루는 나머지의 산화 코발트 환원에 의한 코발트 금속 생성물로 이루어진 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제12항에 있어서, 분무 성분이 주로 회전 타원형인 것을 코발트 금속 분말.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 분무 성분의 중량%가 30 내지 70인 코발트 금속분말.
- 경질-금속 분말 및 다이아몬드 분말로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 강화상, 및 제12항 또는 13항의 코발트 금속 분말로 이루어진 결합제가 있는 복합 소결품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
