Claims (11)

  1. 용응물에 직접 또는 간접으로 접촉하여 이용되는 금속함침내화물에 있어서, MgO 또는 Al2O3를 주체로 하는 내화성 물질에서 형성되고, 외부에 관통하는 개기공(pore)을 적어도 4 체적% 함유하는 다공체에 철, 크롬, 및 니켈로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 금속 주체로 하는 금속 또는 합금을 상기 개기공의 25체적%이상에 대하여 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, MgO를 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성된 다공체가 다른 성분으로서 Cr2O3, Al2O3, ZrO2, 및 SiO2로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 성분을 함유하는 소성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, MgO을 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성된 다공체가 다른 성분으로 CaO, ZrO2, SiO2로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Al2O3를 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성된 다공체가 다른 성분으로서 MgO, ZrO2, 및 SiO2로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 다공체에 함유되는 개기공의 25체적 % 이상이 10∼3000㎛의 범위의 기공지름으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 5―20체적 %의 비율로, 입경이 30―300㎛의 범위의 금속입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 원료에 입경이 44―10000㎛의 범위의 내화성입자를 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 가열에 의해 열분해 또는 반응하여 체적감소하는 성질을 가지고, 입경이 30―3000㎛의 범위의 열체적 감소성 입자를 5―50체적 %의 비율로 내화성 입자의 원료에 혼합되고, 이 혼합물을 형성하고, 가열하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 가열에 의해 열분해 또는 반응하여 체적감소하는 성질을 가지고, 지름이 30―30000㎛의 범위로, 길이가 1000―3000㎛의 범위의 열체적 감소성 섬유체를 5―50체적의 비율로 내화성 입자의 원료에 혼합되고, 이 혼합물을 형성하고, 가열하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
  10. MgO 또는 Al2O3를 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성 되고, 외부로 관통하는 개기공(pore)을 적어도 4체적 % 함유하는 다공체를 함침할 금속의 융점이상의 온도로 가열하는 가열공정과, 가열된 다공체에 함유되는 가스를 100토 이하까지 탈기하는 탈기공정과, 탈기된 다공체를 용융금속욕에 침청하는 침청공정과, 용융금속욕내의 용융금속을 절대압 1―100㎏/㎠의 범위의 압력으로 가압하고, 다공체의 개기공에 용융금속을 침입시키는 가압공정과, 그후 성형체를 용융금속욕에서 꺼내어 서냉하는 서냉공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 함침내화물의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 가압공정에 있어서, 가압력에 용응금속의 정수압을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물의 제조방법.
