Claims (11)
- 용응물에 직접 또는 간접으로 접촉하여 이용되는 금속함침내화물에 있어서, MgO 또는 Al2O3를 주체로 하는 내화성 물질에서 형성되고, 외부에 관통하는 개기공(pore)을 적어도 4 체적% 함유하는 다공체에 철, 크롬, 및 니켈로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 금속 주체로 하는 금속 또는 합금을 상기 개기공의 25체적%이상에 대하여 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO를 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성된 다공체가 다른 성분으로서 Cr2O3, Al2O3, ZrO2, 및 SiO2로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 성분을 함유하는 소성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO을 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성된 다공체가 다른 성분으로 CaO, ZrO2, SiO2로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Al2O3를 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성된 다공체가 다른 성분으로서 MgO, ZrO2, 및 SiO2로 되는 무리에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공체에 함유되는 개기공의 25체적 % 이상이 10∼3000㎛의 범위의 기공지름으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 5―20체적 %의 비율로, 입경이 30―300㎛의 범위의 금속입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 원료에 입경이 44―10000㎛의 범위의 내화성입자를 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 가열에 의해 열분해 또는 반응하여 체적감소하는 성질을 가지고, 입경이 30―3000㎛의 범위의 열체적 감소성 입자를 5―50체적 %의 비율로 내화성 입자의 원료에 혼합되고, 이 혼합물을 형성하고, 가열하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공체가 가열에 의해 열분해 또는 반응하여 체적감소하는 성질을 가지고, 지름이 30―30000㎛의 범위로, 길이가 1000―3000㎛의 범위의 열체적 감소성 섬유체를 5―50체적의 비율로 내화성 입자의 원료에 혼합되고, 이 혼합물을 형성하고, 가열하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물.
- MgO 또는 Al2O3를 주체로 하는 내화성물질에서 형성 되고, 외부로 관통하는 개기공(pore)을 적어도 4체적 % 함유하는 다공체를 함침할 금속의 융점이상의 온도로 가열하는 가열공정과, 가열된 다공체에 함유되는 가스를 100토 이하까지 탈기하는 탈기공정과, 탈기된 다공체를 용융금속욕에 침청하는 침청공정과, 용융금속욕내의 용융금속을 절대압 1―100㎏/㎠의 범위의 압력으로 가압하고, 다공체의 개기공에 용융금속을 침입시키는 가압공정과, 그후 성형체를 용융금속욕에서 꺼내어 서냉하는 서냉공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 함침내화물의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가압공정에 있어서, 가압력에 용응금속의 정수압을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속함침 내화물의 제조방법.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
