  1. 하기 일반식의 광학활성(＋)－2차 아민 또는 그의 산부가염 ;
    〔상기 Ｒ1은 저급 알킬이다〕.
  2. (＋)－α－메틸벤질아민을 하기 일반식
    〔상기 Ｒ1은 저급 알킬이다〕의 화합물과 반응시킨 후 수득한 화합물을 환원시키고 이후에 임의로 산을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식
    〔식중 Ｒ1은 저급 알킬이다〕의 광학활성 (＋)－2차 아민 또는 그의 산가부염의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 환원성 아미드화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
