Claims (11)
- 제1고주파 신호를 여기 코일에 인가할 때 아크 방전관내에 아크 방전을 여기시키기 위해서, 필을 내장한 상기 아크 방전관 주위에 배치된 상기 여기 코일을 갖는 형태의 무전극 고광도 방전 램프용 점등 회로에 있어서, 최소한 상기 아크 방전관내에 아크 방전을 개시하는 중에 상기 아크 방전관에 인접 배치된 점등 프로브, 및 제2고주파 신호를 고효율 고주파 전원 장치에 공급하기 위해 상기 점등 프로브에 결합되고, 커패시턴스와 직렬로 결합된 인덕턴스로 구성되는 동조 출력 회로를 포함하는 고효율 고주파 전원 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점등 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고효율 전원 장치가, 반 브리지 구조로 직결 결합된 제1 및 제2스위칭 디바이스를 포함하는 D급 전력 증폭기를 포함하고, 상기 동조 출력 회로가 상기 스위칭 디바이스 사이의 집합부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점등 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고효율 전원 장치가, 고주파 초크 수단과 직렬로 결합된 개폐 장치를 포함하는 E급 전령 증폭기를 포함하고, 상기 출력 종조 회로가 상기 스위칭 디바이스와 상기 고주파 초크 수단사이의 접합부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점등 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커패시턴스가 상기 여기 코일과 상기 점등 프로브사이의 기생 커패시턴스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점등 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점등 프로브가 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 점등 회로.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2고주파 신호의 주파수가 약 27.12MHz이고, 상기 제1고주파 신호의 주파수가 약 13.56MHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 점등 회로.
- 필을 내장한 아크 방전관의 주위에 배치된 여기 코일을 포함하는 무전극 고광도 방전 램프; 상기 아크 방전관내에 아크 방전을 여기시키기 위한 상기 여기 코일에 제1고주파 신호를 제공하기 위한 밸러스트; 최소한 상기 아크 방전관내에 상기 아크 방전을 개시하는 중에는 상기 아크 방전관에 인접하여 배치되는 점등 프로브; 및 점등회로에 제2고주파 신호를 제공하기 위해 상기 점등 프로브에 결합되고, 인덕턴스와 직렬로 결합된 커패시턴스를 포함하는 동조 출력 회로를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 상기 점등 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무전극 고광도 방전 램프 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 벨러스트가 반 브리지 구조로 직렬 결합된 2개의 스위칭 디바이스를 포함하고, 상기 2개의 스위칭 디바이스들 사이에 접합부에 결합된 출력 공진 회로를 포함하는 D급 전력 증폭기를 포함하고, 상기 출력 공진 회로가 밸러스트 출력 커패시턴스와 직렬로 결합된 상기 여기 코일의 인덕턴스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광도 방전 램프 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
