제 1 도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 도시한 전체 사시도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 평면도, 제 3 도는 코일을 가압 성형하는 상태를 도시한 도면, 제 7 도는 제 1 도의 코일을 단면측에서 삽입한 상태를 도시한 도면.

Claims (1)

  1. 다수의 슬롯을 가지는 환형상의 코어에 코일을 바깥감기하는 고정자의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 코일을 상기 코어에 바깥감기하기 전에 상기 코일을 코어의 내경보다 내측에 위치한 프론트측 코일단부와 상기 슬롯의 지름과 같은 위치이자 거의 슬롯의 형상인 슬롯 코일부와, 상기 슬롯 코일부간에 위치한 리어측 코일단부와 상기 프론트측 코일 단부와 상기 슬롯 코일부 사이에 위치한 중계 코일부에 미리 변형해서 산형 형상으로 하고, 이 변형된 코일을 상기 코어의 단면에서 삽입하고, 상기 코일을 상기 코어내에 삽입후, 상기 프론트측 코일 단부를 코어의 내경보다 외측으로 변형한 고정자의 제조 방법.
