제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 나타낸 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향장치의 요부확대 수직단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2실시예를 나타낸 제1도는 일부에 해당하는 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명의 제3실시예를 나타낸 제2도 해당의 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 하우징, 하우징내에 배치된 출력측, 하우징내에 출력축과 동일축선상에 배치된 입력축, 출력축과 입력축과의 사이에 설치된 토션바아, 입력축의 둘레에 설치되면서 또한 토션바아의 비틀림에 따라 유압펌프에서 파워 실린더에 보내지는 압력유의 양을 제어하는 제어 밸브 및 출력축에 형성된 개구부내에 접동이 자유롭게 끼워넣어진 플런저를 구비하고 있고, 차속에 따라서 플런저선단이 유압에 의해 입력축에 압착되어 반력이 얻어지도록 되어있는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향장치에 있어서, 플런저에 있어서의 출력축의 개구부의 내주면에 접접하는 부분 및 입력축에 당접하는 부분중 최소한 어느 한쪽의 부분이 합성수지로 형셩되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플런저 전체가 합성수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 플런저가 출력축의 개구부의 내주면에 접접하는 부분을 갖는 합성수지체와, 합성수지체에 고정되어 있는 입력축으로의 당접용금속구로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플런저가 출력축에 개구부의 내주면에 접접하는 부분을 갖는 합성수지체와, 합성수지체에 전동자재로 부착되어 있는 입력축으로의 당접용 금속구로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 플런저가 합성수지체와, 합성수지체의 주위에 고정되며, 또한 외주면이 출력축의 개구부의 내주면에 접접하는 환상금속체로 이루어지며, 합성수지체의 입력축측의 단부가 환상금속체의 같은 쪽의 단부보다는 돌출되어 이곳에 입력축으로의 당접용철부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 철부가 구상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 플런저의 합성수지체에 있어서의 입력축과는 반대축의 단부가 금속환의 타단보다도 돌출되어 있는 동시에 이 돌출부의 둘레가장자리에 환상금속체의 타단면을 덮는 피복부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 플런저의 합성수지체에 있어서의 입력축과는 반대측의 단부에 철부가 들어갈 수 있는 크기의 요소가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  9. 제9항에 있어서, 플런저의 합성수지체가 환상금속체내에 끼워서 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 플런저의 환상금속체의 내주면에 있어서의 타단에 치우친 부분에 합성수지체가 열팽창했을때의 릴리프가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 플런저의 합성수지체가 환상금속체내에 사출성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차속응동형 유압식 동력조향 장치.
