Claims (10)

  1. PP4에 대한 모노클로날 항체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이가 금속 이온의 존재하에서만 PP4에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘 이온이 존재하에서만 PP4에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체.
  4. PP4를 포유동물에 주사하고, 이 동물의 림프관으로부터 림프구를 수득하며,이림프구를 골수종 세포주의 세포와 융합시킨 후, 형성된 하이브리도마를 배양하며, 이어서 PP4와 반응하는 항체에 대해 하이브리도마 세포상등액을 시험하고, 하이브리도마를 클론화한 후, 생성된 클론을 배양하고, 배양물로 부터 PP4에 대한 모노클로날 항체를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 모노클로날 항체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 이가 금속 이온의 존재하에서만 PP4에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. PP4를 정제하기 위한 PP4에 대한 모노클로날 항체의 용도.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 항체가 불용성 물질에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  8. 진단 보조제로서 또는 진단법에 사용하기 위한 PP4에 대한 모노클로날 항체의 용도
  9. PP4에 대한 모노클로날 항체를 크로마토그래피 정제공정에 적합한 불용성 물질에 결합시키고, 결합된 항체상에 용액중의 PP4를 흡착시킨후, PP4를 용출시킴을 특징으로 하는, PP4의 정제방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 모노클로날 항체가 이가 금속 이온의 존재하에서만 결합하는 PP4에 대한 항체이고 PP4를 착화물 형태의 이가 금속 이온을 함유하는 용액 또는 이가 금속 이온을 함유하지 않는 용액으로 용출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
