Claims (7)
- 제1의 의사랜덤 신호 및 그 제1의 의사램덤신호와 동일 패턴이며 근소하게 상이한 제2의 의사랜덤신호를 각각 발생하는 공정과 상기한 제1의 의사랜덤신호와 제2의 의사랜덤신호를 곱셈하여 얻어지는 제1의 타임계열 패턴을 발생하는 공정과 상기한 제1의 의사랜덤 신호에 의하여 레이저광을 강도변조하여 대상물에 향하여 조사하는 공정과 이러한 대상물로 부터의 반사광을 수광하여 그 강도 변화를 전기신호로 변환하는 공정과, 이러한 전기 신호로 변환된 수신신호와 상기한 제2의 의사랜덤신호를 곱셈하여 제2의 타임계열 패턴을 얻는 공정과 상기한 제1의 타임계열 패턴에 대한 제2의 타임계열 패턴의 시간차를 구하여 상기한 대상물과의 거리를 측정하는 공정을 갖는 거리계측방법.
- 제1의 의사랜덤 신호 발생수단과 그 제1의 의시랜덤신호발생수단의 출력신호와 동일 패턴으로 주파수가 근소하게 상이한 제2의 의사랜덤 신호 발생수단과, 상기한 제1의 의사랜덤 신호 발생수단의 출력과 상기한 제2의 의사랜덤신호 발생수단의 출력과의 곱셈을 하는 제1의 곱셈기와 레이저광 발생수단과, 상기한 제1의 의사랜덤신호 발생 수단의 출력에 의하여 상기한 레이저광 발생수단의 출력을 강도변조하는 변조수단과 이러한 변조수단의 출력을 대상물에 조사하는 조사수단과 상기한 대상물로부터의 반사광을 수광하여 전기신호로 변환하는 수광수단과 이러한 수광수단의 출력과 상기한 제2의 의사랜덤신호 발생수단의 출력과의 곱셈을 하는 제2의 곱셈기와, 상기한 제1의 곱셈기로 부터 출력되는 타임계열 패턴과 상기한 제2의 곱셈기에서 출력되는 타임계열 패턴과의 시간차를 계측하는 시간차 계측수단을 구비한 거리계측장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 레이저광 발생수단 및 변조수단으로서 반도체 레이저를 사용한 거리계측장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 레이저 발생수단은 레이저광원, 고주파 발생기 및 이러한 고주파 발생기의 출력에 의하여 구동되고 상기한 레이저 광원의 출력광을 입력으로 하는 음향 광학광 변조소자를 갖이고 수광 수단은 상기한 레이저 광원의 출력레이저광의 일부를 분기하는 분기수단 및 이러한 분기수단의 출력광의 대상물로 부터의 반사광을 결합하여 헤테로다인 검파를 하여 전기신호로 하여 출력하는 수광소자를 갖는 거리계측장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 시간차 계측수단은 제1의 곱셈기의 출력을 입력하는 제1의 로우패스필터와 제2의 곱셈기의 출력을 입력하는 제2의 로우패스 필터와 제1의 로우패스필터의 출력신호의 최대값이 생기는 시각과 제2의 로우패스필터의 출력신호의 최대값이 생기는 시각과의 사이의 시간을 계측하는 계측수단을 갖는 거리계측장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 레이저광의 조사방향 및 수신방향을 계측하기 위한 2축의 방향 계측수단을 갖고 3차원형상을 계측할 수 있게 한 거리 계측장치.
- 제2항에 있어서 제1및 제2의 의사랜덤 신호 발생 수단은 클럭신호를 카운트하여 그 카운트 수를 출력하는 카운터와 카운터로 부터 입력한 카운트수를 애드리스로 하여 기억데이터의 판독을 하는 기억장치와 판독된 기억데이터를 3값 신호로 변환하여 출력하는 신호 변환기를 갖고, 수광수단은 광신호수신 감도를 상기한 의사 랜덤신호의 주기에 동기로 하여 시간적으로 변화시킬 수 있는 거리계측장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
