Claims (8)

  1. 트리클로로모노플루오로메탄에 대한 대안의 발포제, 촉매 및 계면활성제의 존재하에 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시안에이트와 모노-올의 프리폴리머를 폴리올과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 경질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모노-올이 알콜인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 모노-올이 글리콜 모노알킬 에테르인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시안에이트의 프리폴리머가 토릴렌 디이소시안에이트와 폴리올의 프리폴리머와 결합하여 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올은 방향족 디아민을 개시제로서 사용하여 산화 알킬렌을 중합시켜서 얻은 300 내지 700mg KOH/g의 히드록실값을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올은 메틸 글루코시드를 개시제로서 사용하여 산화 알킬렌을 중합시켜서 얻은 300 내지 700mg KOH/g의 히드록실값을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올은 트리메틸올 프로판을 개시제로서 사용하여 산화 알킬렌을 중합하여 얻은 400 내지 1000의 히드록실값을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 발포제의 양이 폴리올 100중량부당 약 5 내지 150중량부인 방법.
