Claims (14)

  1. 금속부품이 없이, 다른 경도의 탄성체 부품들만으로 이루어지는 진동댐퍼에 있어서, 탄성체 몸체의 층내에서 세로 및 가로로 떨어져 있는 탄성체 몸체(1)의 적어도 하나의 층을 포함하며, 부하가 걸리면, 각각 상호간에 실질적으로 독립하여 변형될 수 있으며, 상기 층은 2개의 탄성체 판상부재(2,2a~2e)간에 샌드위치되어, 낮은 경도 및/또는 그들의 형상으로 인하여 내부의 탄성체 몸체(1)가 탄성체 판상부재(2,2a~2e)보다 쉽게 변형가능하고 그 내부몸체 또는 그 탄상부재(2,2a~2e)간의 측방으로의 이동이 방지되며, 탄성체 몸체(1)와 탄성체 판상부재(2,2a~2e)의 서로 대향하는 면은 그들간의 접촉이 접촉부(3,3',3'',3''')의 점모양 또는 최대한 선모양으로 제한되며 접촉부 이외의 탄성체 몸체의 부위가 거의 자유로이 변형가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)가 한뭉치를 형성하도록 얇은 스트립(6)의 수단에 의하여 상호 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체 판상부재(2,2a~2e)에의 리세스(4)가 유연하게 형성되고, 판상부재의 대향면(4b) 및 주변에지(4')가, 그들 사이에 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)가 개재되어 있을때, 다른 하나로부터 떨어져 있도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항중이 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체 판상부재(2,2a~2e)가 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)의 인접하는 층과 마주 보는 측에서 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)를 수납하기 위한 리세스(4,4a~4d)를 구비하며, 거기에 접촉 지점에서부터 증가하는 부피를 가지며 모든 접촉부(3,3',3'',3''')와 인접하는 자유공간이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 접촉부(3,3',3'',3''')에서, 상기 탄성체 판상부재(2.2a~2e)의 리세스(4,4a~4d)와 탄성체 몸체(1)는 각각 그 접촉부에서 탄성체 몸체(1)층과 평행한 면에 의해서 다른 각도(β)로 에워싸는 각각의 모면을 갖는 회전체 일부분의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각 리세스(4e)의 모면이 타원체이고, 상기 각 탄성체 몸체(1)의 모면이 원형인 것을 특징으로하는 진동댐퍼.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 판상부재(2,2a~2e)가 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)보다 높은 경도를 가지는 엘라스토머로 만들어진 접시 또는 커버인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  8. 제1항 또는 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체 판상부재(2e)가 진동하는 부하가 걸릴때 변형되거나 굽어질 수 있는 돌기부(9)를 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)로부터 먼곳에 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부(9a)가 구체의 일부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부(9)가 평평한 단면을 가지는 원통형 또는 입방체형 스터드로서, 그룹지어 배열되어, 각 그룹이 여러가지 경도 및 크기의 돌기부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수개의 상기 탄성체 몸체(1)층이 서로 중첩되게 판상부재들(2)의 사이에 샌드위치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스터드 패턴(9,9a)은 큰 스터드에 작용하는 진동이 곡선 경로를 따라 탄성체 몸체(1)를 통해 강제로 전달되게 하고 그의 에너지가 진동댐퍼에 의해 흡수되도록 하부의 리세스(4e)와 연관하여 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  13. 탄성체 몸체(11)가 돌출되어 있는 한 판상부재와 리세스(14')가 형성되어 있는 다른 판상부재들(12,13)의 조립체를 포함하며, 상기 탄성체 몸체와 상기 리세스가 상호 연결될 때, 그 접촉 지점에서 부터 부피가 증가하는 자유공간(5)이 형성되도록, 상기 리세스(14') 및 돌기부(11)가 서로 다른 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성체 판상부재(2,2a~2e)에 통기공(15)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진동댐퍼.
