Claims (14)
- 콘택트렌즈를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 눈 표면의 형상을 3차원적으로 측정하고, 렌즈 후면의 형상을 측정된 형상에 알맞게 결정하고, 렌즈 후면과 눈표면 사이에 형성되는 눈물 렌즈의 시각 효과를 측정하고, 렌즈 정면의 형상은 눈물 렌즈의 시각 효과와 콘택트렌즈에 사용된 성취될 시력 교정을 고려하여 결정하고, 렌즈 정면 및 후면의 렌즈 형상에 대한 자료를 저장하고 관련된 특별한 콘택트렌즈가 저장된 렌즈의 형상 자료에 따라 생산하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈 생산은 렌즈 블랭크로부터 재료를 제거함으로써 성취되고 상기 재료 제거 공구는 저장된 형상 자료에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 절단 공구가 재료 제거 공구로써 사용되는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 레이저 비임이 재료 제거 공구로써 사용되는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘택트렌즈는 주조법에 의해 제조되고 주형의 주형면 형상는 렌즈의 저장된 형상 자료에 따라 성형되는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘택트렌즈는 스탭핑 다이를 사용하는 열성형 공정에 따라 제조되며 상기 주형 스탬프면은 콘택트렌즈의 저장된 형상 자료에 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주형 또는 스탬핑 다이의 주형면을 제조하는 성형 공구는 렌즈의 저장된 형상 자료에 따라 성형되는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈 후면의 형상은 피팅 체크시 얻은 만족스런 자료에 따라 부가로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 콘택트렌즈 제조 방법.
- 개별적인 콘택트렌즈의 제조를 위한 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템에 있어서, 는 표면의 형상을 3차원적으로 측정하는 형상 측정 장치와, 측정된 형상에 적합하도록 렌즈 후면의 형상을 결정하는 제1컴퓨터 유닛과, 측정된 형상과 렌즈후면 사이에 형성된 눈말 렌즈의 시각 효과를 결정하는 제2컴퓨터 유닛과, 눈물 렌즈의 시각 효과 및 성취될 콘택트 렌즈의 시각 효과에 따라 정면의 형상을 결정하는데 제3컴퓨터 유닛과, 콘택트렌즈의 후면 및 정면의 렌즈 형상에 대한 자료를 저장하는 저장 장치와, 렌즈를 제조하도록 저장 장치에의해 제어되는 성형 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성형 장치는 저장 장치에 의해 제어되고 재료를 렌즈 몸체로부터 제거하는 기계 가공 공구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성형 장치는 저장 장치에 의해 제어되고 콘택트렌즈를 주조법으로 제조하기 위한 주형을 제조하는 기계가공 공구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템.
- 제9항 및 제11항에 있어서, 상기 성형 장치는 저장 장치에의해 제어되고 주형으로써 성형 공구를 제조하는 기계 가공 공구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 성형 장치는 저장 장치에 의해 제어되고 열성형 공정으로써 스탬핑 다이를 제조하는 기계 가공 공구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템.
- 제11항 내지 제13항에 있어서, 상기 성형 장치는 저장 장치에 의해 제어되는 재료 제거 기계 가공 공구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 콘택트렌즈 생산 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
