Claims (5)
- 강화섬유중에, 폴리에폭시화합물, 에폭시수지 개질제 및 에폭시 수지 경화제를 주성분으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물을 함침시켜서 얻어지는 에폭시 수지 프리프레그에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭시 화합물은 그 중 적어도 40중량%이상이 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지이고, 또한 에폭시 수지 개질제는 적어도 1분자중에 1개 이상의 카르복실기를 가지며, 또한 그의 말단관능기당량이 500 내지 50,000g/eq의 범위내에 있는 중합 지방산계 폴리아미드 수지를 주성분으로 하는 아미드 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 프리프레그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에폭시화합물이 액상 및/또는 고형상 비스페놀 A형 에폭시수지와, 글리시딜아민형 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 F 형 에폭시 수지, 페놀노볼락형 에폭시 수지, 브롬화비스페놀A형 에폭시 수지, 크레졸노볼락형 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 S 형 에폭시수지 및 지환식 에폭시 수지로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 다른 에폭시 수지와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 프리프레그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합지방산계 폴리아미드수지가 불포화 지방산을 열중합시켜서 얻어진 중합지방산 및/또는 그의 에스테르 화합물을 적어도 1성분으로서 함유하는 카르복실산 성분과 디아민류 및/또는 모노알칸올아민류로 이루어진 아민성분을 반응시켜서 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 프리프레그.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아민성분이 그의 일부 혹은 전부의 분자내에 포화환구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지프리프레그.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 경화제가 디시안디아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 프리프레그.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
