Claims (14)
- 초미립자 보오크사이트입자의 하소된(Calcined)마이크로스피어에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 100㎛이하의 입자크기를 가지며 실질적으로 3.2~3.9g/㎤ 범위내의 중량밀도를 갖는 고체형이며 실질적으로 0.05~0.5㎠/g범위내의 비이트(BET)표면영역 그리고 결정 알갱이의 크기는 4㎛이하이며, 상기 마이크로스피어는 상기 마이크로스피어의 흡수성의 증강을 위해 화학적으로 선택된 표면을 가지고 사용에 있어서 매트릭스 물질과 강하게 결합되도록 개선된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 평균입자 실질적으로 0.01~0.3㎛ 범위내의 크기를 갖는 보오크사이트 입자들로 부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 실질적으로 1-50㎛내의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 30㎛이하의 입자크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 실질적으로 다음 범위내의 성질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.화학구조 Wt%Al2O370-90SiO24-20Fe2O30-15TiO20-6Na2O 0-0.5K2O 0-1형상분석 Wf%뮬라이트(mullite) 30~90(3Al2O3,2SiO2)코런덤(Corundum) 10~70(α- Al2O3)슈도브르카이트 0~10[(Fe,Al)2TiO]결정체 Gram 크기 0~4㎕체적 밀도(Bulk Densily) 1.8~2.4/㎤중량 밀도(Pycnomefric Densily) 3.1~3.9/㎤비이티(BET)표면영역 질소흡착 0~0.5/㎠/g마이크로스피어 미립자 크기 1~100㎛
- 선행청구범위에 있어서, 상기 마이크로스피어는 그것의 표면화학 반응이 소디움이 있는 표면에 의해 특징되어지는 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제6항의 마이크로스피어는 그것의 표면 소디움 농도가 대략 0.5~5의 지극히 작은 무게 페센트임을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 보오크사이트 마이크로스피어의 제조공정은 보오크사이트 또는 보오크사이트 점조 분산준비, 초순도의 조각을 회복하기 위하여 분산된 보오크사이트 입자의 분류, 마이크로 스피어의 젖음성이나 분산을 증진하고 사용중 강하게 매트릭스물질의 친밀도를 개선시키기 위하여 마이크로스피어 표면 화학반응을 제어할 수용성 소금 과물합성을 유기 금속화합물의 소량을 첨가 하는 것 사전에 예정된 평균 직경을 가진 그린 마이크로스피어를 생산하기 위한 분산물의 스프레이 건조하는것.하소에 그린 마이크로스피어를 복속시키고, 100㎛보다 작은 크기(BET)영역이 4㎛보다 작은 결정체의 알갱의 0.05-0.5㎠/g의 범위에 해당하는 고체형에 의해 특징되는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제8항에 있어서, 그것의 하소가 4㎛이내의 고밀도와 결정체의 알갱이 크기를 생산하는 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제9항에 있어서, 하소가 1100℃ - 1600℃의 온도사이에서 기본적으로 수행된다.
- 청구범위 제9항에 있어서, 하소가 1300℃ - 1450℃의 에서 실질적으로 수행되는 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제9항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 방법에 의해 생산되어질때 하소화되는 마이크로스피어.
- 청구범위 제1항 내지 제5항 또는 제10항의 어느 하나에서 청구된 바와같이 하소화된 마이크로 스피어에의해 특징되어진 화합물질.
- 청구범위 제6항에 있어서, 청구된 바와같이 알루미늄과 하소화된 마이크로스피어를 이루어지는 화합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
