Description

착탈 가능한 코넥터가 부착된 부분유닛을 갖는 휴대형 전자기기 및 그 부분 유닛의 부착방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 HDD를 착탈하는 기구를 장치한 퍼스널컴퓨터의 사시도.
제 2 도는 제 1 도에 도시한 퍼스널컴퓨터의 케이스로부터 HDD를 떼어낸 상태를 분해하여 도시한 사시도.
제 3 도는 제 2 도에 도시한 HDD를 로크 또는 언로크하는 로크기구의 외관을 도시한 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 측벽부(73,77, 117)를 갖는 편평형상의 오목부(15)가 저면에 형성되는 케이스(1)와 ; 일단부와 타단부를 가지고, 상기 오목부(15)에 끼워질 수 있는 펀평한 형상의 부분유닛(17)과 : 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부를 상기 오목부(15)내에 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부와 대응하는 상기 오목부(15)의 측부벽(77)을 향해서 비스듬히 경사방향으로 삽입하고 이 단부를 지점으로 하여 상기 부분유닛(17)을 상기 오목부방향으로 회동시킴으로써 상기 부분유닛(17)의 전체를 오목부(15)내에 삽입하는 삽입수단(59, 112)과 ;상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부에 형성된 제 1 코넥터 (41)와 ; 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부와 대응하는 상기 오목부(15)의 측부벽(77)에 설치되고 상기 부분유닛(17)의 삽입운동에 연동하여 상기 제 1 코넥터(41)와 접속하는 제 2 코넥터(87)와 ; 상기 오목부(15)내에 삽입되는 상기 부분유닛(17)을 고정하는 고정수단(115,157)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입수단(59, 112)은, 상기 제 1 코넥터(41)에 형성되어 제 1 코넥터 (41)의 앞쪽방향으로 돌출하는 돌기(59)와, 상기 제 2 코넥터(87)에 설치되는 상기 부분유닛(17)이 비스듬히 경사방향으로 상기 오목부(15)에 삽입될 때에 상기 돌기(59)와 당접하는 자리부분(112)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부분유닛(17)은 하드디스크드라이브장치(17)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단(115,157)은 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부를 상기 부분유닛(17)의 회동에 연동하여 고정하는 제 1로크기구(115)와 상기 부분유닛(17)의 타단부를 고정하는 제 2로크기구(157)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1로크기구(115)는 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부에 설치된 갈고리부(29)와 부분유닛(17)의 일단부와 대응하는 상기 오목부(15)의 측부벽(77)에 설치되는 상기 부분유닛(17)의 회동에 따라서 상기 갈고리부(29)와 걸림결합하는 입구부(113)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 2로크기구(157)는 상기 부분유닛(17)의 타단부에 형성한 돌기(25)와 부분유닛(17)의 타단부와 대응하는 상기 오목부(15)의 측부벽(117)에 형성된 상기 돌기(25)와 착탈하는 슬라이더(133)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부(15)는 비스듬히 경사방향으로 삽입되는 부분유닛(17)을 안내하는 가이드수단(75)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드수단(75)은 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부와 서로 인접하는 측부에 형성한 돌기(27)와, 이 돌기(27)와 대응하는 오목부(15)의 측부벽 (73)에 형성한 상기 돌기(27)를 자유로이 접동할 수 있도록 삽입하는 경사를 이루는 가이드홈(83)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  9. 일단부에 제 1 코넥터(41)를 갖는 편평형상의 부분유닛(17)과, 저면에 상기 부분유닛 (17)을 끼울 수 있는 편평형상의 오목부(15)를 구비하고, 또 이 오목부(15)에 수납되는 상기 부부유닛(17)이 일단부와 대응하는 측부벽(77)에 상기 제 1 코넥터(41)와 서로 조합되는 코넥터(87)를 구비한 케이스(1)를 준비하는 제 1의 단계와 ; 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부를 상기 오목부(15)내로, 상기 부분유닛(17)의 일단부와 대응하는 측부벽(77)을 향해서 비스듬히 삽입하는 제 2의 단계와 ; 상기 비스듬히 삽입한 부분유닛(17)을 오목부방향으로 회동시키고 이회동에 따라서 상기 제 1 코넥터(41)와 상기 제 2 코넥터 (87)를 접속시키면서 상기 오목부(15)내에 부분유닛(17)의 전체를 끼우는 제 3의 단계와 ; 상기 오목부(15)에 삽입된 부분유닛(17)을 오목부(15)내에 고정시키는 제 4의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분유닛의 부착방법.
