제3도는 제1도의 카드의 블럭배열로 적외광을 조사하여 반사광을 수광하고 수광레벨을 검지하는 광학식 검지시스템의 일예를 개략적으로 도시한 측면도.
제4도는 제3도의 검지시스템에 의해 제1도의 카드의 블럭배열에서 얻어지는 검지신호의 전형예를 도시한 도면.

Claims (9)

  1. 통상 가시적으로는 같은 색이지만, 소정의 조건에 의해 광학적으로 다른 특성을 나타내는 여러종류의 잉크를 임의의 패턴으로 여러개의 블럭에 배치하여 이루어지고, 상기 여러개의 블럭을 1블럭 단위로 파괴하는 것에 의해 상기 블럭 파괴 상태에 따른 정보를 기록할 수 있는 카드형 기록매체.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 상기 카드형 기록매체가 올바른 것임을 나타내는 조합패턴인 카드형 기록매체.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파괴는 가시적으로 실행되는 것으로, 상기 정보를 육안으로 볼 수 있도록한 카드형 기록매체.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 정보는 상기 카드형 기록매체의 사용상황을 나타내는 변수정보인 카드형 기록매체.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 자성기록매체로 되는 기록영역을 또 구비하고, 상기 기록영역에 상기 사용상황을 나타내는 변수정보를 같이 기록할 수 있도록한 카드형 기록매체.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여러종류의 잉크는 가시적으로 같은 색이지만, 불가시 파장 영역의 광에 대해서는 다른 특성을 나타내는 것인 카드형 기록매체.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여러종류의 잉크는 상온에서 가시적으로는 같은 색이지만, 소정의 온도조건에서 다른 광학적 특성을 나타내는 것인 카드형 기록매체.
  8. 통상 가시적으로는 같은 색이지만, 소정의 조건에 의해 광학적으로 다른 특성을 나타내는 여러종류의 잉크를 소정의 패턴으로 여러개의 블럭에 배치하여 이루어지고, 상기 여러개의 블럭을 1블럭 단위로 파괴하는 것에 의해 상기 블럭 파괴 상태에 따른 장보를 기록할 수 있는 카드형 기록매체의 부정사용 방지방법에 있어서, 상기 소정의 조건에 따라서 광빔을 상기 각 블럭으로 조사하고, 그 반사광 또는 투과광을 수광하여 상기 블럭 마다의 상기 특성에 따른 검지신호를 얻는 제1의 스텝, 상기 잉크의 종류마다 상기 블럭의 파괴의 유모에 대응하는 기준레벨을 각각 준비하고, 이들 기준레벨과 상기 검지신호를 비교하는 제2의 스템. 상기 제2의 스텝의 비교결과에 따라 각 블럭에 배치된 잉크의 종류와 그 파괴의 유무를 판정하고, 판정된 각 블럭의 잉크의 종류 패턴이 상기 소정의 패턴에 일치하는가 아닌가를 조합하는 제3의 스텝을 실행하고, 상기 제3의 스텝에서 상기 소정의 패턴에 일치한다는 조합 결과가 얻어지지 않았던 상기 카드형 기록 매체의 사용을 허가하지 않도록한 카드형 기록 매체의 부정사용 방지방법.
  9. 통상 가시적으로 같은 색이지만, 소정의 조건에 의해 광학적으로 다른 특성을 나타내는 여러종류의 잉크를 소정의 패턴으로 여러개의 블럭에 배치해서 이루어짐과 동시에 자성기록매체로 되는 기록영역을 구비해서 이루어지는 카드형 기록매체의 부정사용 방지방법에 있어서, 카드의 사용에 따라서 상기 여러개의 블럭을 1블럭 단위로 파괴하는 것에 의해 상기 블럭 파괴 상태에 따라 사용상황을 나타내는 정보를 기록함과 동시에 상기 자성기록 매체로 되는 기록영역에 상기 사용상황을 나타내는 정보를 자기적으로 기록하는 제1의 스텝, 상기 자성기록 매체로 되는 기록영역에 기록된 사용상황을 나타내는 정보를 리드하는 제2의 스텝, 상기 소정의 조건에 따라서 광빔을 상기 각 블럭으로 조사하고, 그 반사광 또는 투과광을 수광하여 상기 블럭마다의 상기 특성에 따른 검지신호를 얻는 제3의 스텝, 상기 잉크의 종류마다 상기 블럭의 파괴의 유무에 대응하는 기준레벨을 각각 준비하고, 이들의 기준레벨과 상기 검지신호를 비교하는 제4의 스텝, 상기 제4의 스텝의 비교결과에 따라 각 블럭에 배치된 잉크의 종류와 그 파괴의 유무를 판정하고, 판정된 각 블럭의 잉크의 종류 패턴이 상기 소정의 패턴에 일치하는가 아닌가를 조합함과 동시에 블럭 파괴상태에 따라 사용상황을 나타내는 정보를 얻는 제5의 스텝, 상기 제5의 스텝에서 상기 소정의 패턴에 일치한다는 조합결과가 얻어지고, 또한 상기 제2의 스텝에서 얻은 사용상황을 나타내는 정보와 상기 제5의 스텝으로 얻은 사용상황을 나타내는 정보가 일치한 경우, 상기 카드의 사용을 허가하는 제6의 스텝으로 이루어지는 카드형 기록매체의 부정사용 방지방법.
