Claims (8)

  1. 기판 : 상기 기판의 중앙에 감광드럼의 용지폭방향으로 가늘고 길게 마련된 투광창; 상기 투광창의 좌우 기판상에 형성되는 복수의 인출배선; 상기 투광창상에 그의 발광부가 이 투광창을 향하도록 하고 그의 본딩패드가 기판면을 향하여 상기 인출배선과 페이스다운 본딩된 발광소자어레이; 그리고 상기 발광소자어레이의 양측의 기판상에 탑재되어 상기 인출배선을 통하여 발광소자어레이와 연결되는 구동소자를 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투광창은 그의 측면경사가 발광소자의 방사각에 따른 임의의 각도 즉 방사각보다 같거나 작은 각도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투광창은 투명한 재질로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 재질은 상기 발광소자에서 방사되는 광파장대의 빛을 투과시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 재질은 투명에폭시 또는 스핀 온 글라스로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페이스본딩은 해상도에 따라 플립칩본딩, 마이크로 플립칩 또는 탭 본딩등의 방식을 선택적으로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동소자는 인출배선과 페이스다운 본딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투광창내에 결상소자를 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광프린터 기록헤드.
