Claims (2)
- 상당히 큰 직류 전압 성분으로 유도하는 작은 전압 변동률을 갖는 출력 전압을 공급하는 회로에 있어서,제1, 제2전극 및 제어전극을 갖고, 제어 전극은 직류 전압 성분이 인가되는 지점에 연결되며, 상기 제2전극은 제1전력 공급 전도체에 연결되어 구성된 제1트랜지스터와, 상기 제1트랜지스터의 제1전극에 연결되고, 상기 제1전극에서 출력 전압을 발생하기 위해 상기 직류 전압 성분과 무관하게 제1트랜지스터에 흐르는 전류의 크기를 가변시키기 위하여 인가된 제어 신호에 응답하는 제어형 전류 공급 수단을 구비한 출력 전압 공급회로.
- 상당히 큰 직류 전압상에서 부동하는 작은 가변 전압을 발생하는 방법에 있어서, 트랜지스터의 에미터측에서 직류 기준 전위를 설정하기 위해서, 직류 전압을 베이스에 인가하는 단계와, 상기 베이스에 인가된 직류전압과 무관하게 트랜지스터의 에미터에 흐르는 전류를 변조하는 단계를 구비한 작은 가변 전압 발생방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
