Claims (1)
- 펄스스케일⑴의 회전에 의해 그 회전각에 상응한 각도신호(S1)와, 0도를 표시하는 기준위치신호(S2)가 광펄스신호로서 출력되고, 이들 각도 신호(S1)와 기준위치신호(S2)에 의거하여 펄스스케일⑴의 회전각을 검출하도록 이루어진 광로터리 엔코더에 있어서, 상기 펄스스케일⑴의 원주방향을 따라 형성된 코드패턴(Co)의 투광부⑵ 또는 광반사부 중, 기준위치신호(S2)를 출력하는 특정 투광부(2a) 또는 광반사부를 제외한 기타 투광부⑵ 또는 광반사부가 투과광 또는 반사광을 감쇠시키도록 형성되어 각도신호(S1) 및 기준위치신호(S2) 되는 피크레벨이 높은 광신호파와, 각도신호(S1)가 되는 피크레벨이 낮은 광신호파가 혼재하여 출력되고, 해당 광신호를 광전변환하여 얻어진 전기신호파를, 역치가 되는 기준전압(V1, V2)에 의거하여 펄스파로 정형처리하여 「1」「0」을 판별하도록 이루어지고, 상기 각도신호(S1)의 기준전압(V1)이 낮은 쪽의 피크레벨(P1)보다 더 낮게 설정되고, 기준위치신호(S2)의 기준전압(V2)이 높은 쪽의 피크레벨(P2)과 낮은 쪽의 피크레벨(P1)의 중간에 설정되고, 상기 기준전압(V1)에 의해 피크레벨이 높은 신호과를 정형처리 했을 때의 펄스폭이 피크레벨이 낮은 신호파를 정형 처리 했을 때의 펄스폭과 같아지도록 상기 펄스스케일⑴의 특정 투광부(2a) 또는 광반사부가 다른 투광부⑵ 또는 광반사부 보다 폭좁게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광로터리 엔코터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
