Claims (13)

  1. 안료물질은 결정성 셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황화아연으로 구성되어 있고, 그것(셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황아연)의 아연원자의 40%이하 그리고 선택적으로는 그것의 셀렌 및 황원자의 일부를 밴드 갭 에너지를 저하시기키 위해 그러나 센렌화아연 또는 셀렌황아연의 필수 결정격자를 유지하기 위해 지환되어 있으며, 얻어지는 격자는 황원원자보다 더 많은 퍼센트의 아연원자를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  2. 안료물질은 결정성 셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황화아연으로 구성되어 있고, 그것(셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황아연)의 아연원자의 20%이하 그리고 선택적으로는 그것의 셀렌 및 황원자는 밴드 갭 에너지를 저하시키기 위해 그러나 셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황아연의 필수 결정격자를 유지하기 위해 치환되어 있으며, 얻어지는 격자는 적어도 황원자수의 삼분의 일의 셀렌 원자를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  3. 안료물질은 결정성 셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황화아연으로 구성되어 있고, 그것(셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌화여연)의 아연원자의 삼분의 일 이하 그리고 선택적으로는 그것의 셀렌 및 황원자의 일부를 밴드 갭 에너지를 저하시키지만 셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황아연의 필수 결정격자를 유지하기 위해 치환되어 있으며, 얻어지는 격자는 적어도 황원자와 같은 수의 셀렌원자를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 아연원자의 적어도 0.1%가 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  5. 상기 각 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 셀렌과 황원자의 50%이하가 치환되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, (1) 치환된 아연원자 (a)Cu, Ag, 및 Li원자. (b)In, Fe 및 Ga원자. 로부터 선택된 원자로 치환되며 (a)원자에 대한 (b)원자의 배율은 0.1-10원자이고; (2) 치환된 셀렌 및 황원자는 (a)의 원자당 100개 까지의 0원자의 비율로 0원자로 치환되는 것; 을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, (a)에 대한 (b)의 비율은 (a)원자당 (b)원자가 0.1-1.5원자이며, 셀렌과 황원자는 치환되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 물질이 중량제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, ClElab색 좌표상 물질의 색상각은 85∼5°인것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 주사 전자 현미경으로 측정한 물질의 수평균 최대 입자경이 0.01-5 미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 안료.
  11. 제4항 또는 제5항 내지 제7항중의 어느 하나에 의하여 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  12. 셀렌화아연 또는 셀렌황화아연내 치환부분의 고용체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제11항에서 청구한 물질을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 안료가 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 것임을 특징으로 하는 분산함유된 안료로 착색된 물질.
