Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ia) 및 (IB)의 트리아졸로 유도체, 이의 혼합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염.
    상기 식에서, Q는 수소 또는 하나 이상의 C1~4알킬 치환체(들)을 임의적으로 포함하는 헤테로환기: 또는 일반식 SR1의 기를 나타내는데 여기에서 R1은 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1~4알킬 또는 페닐-(C1~4알킬): 또는 일반식 NR2R3의 기를 나타내는데, 여기에서 R2및 R3은 각각 수소, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-12알킬, C2-6알케닐 또는 페닐-(C1-4알킬)을 나타내고 R4및 R7은 각각 수소, 하나이상의 할로겐 치환체(들)을 임의적으로 포함하는 페닐-(C1~4알킬) 또는 C3~6알킬을 나타내고: R5및 R6은 각각 C1~4알콕시카르보닐기에 의하여 임의적으로 치환되는 C1-4알킬: 하나이상의 할로겐, 히드록실, 시아노, 니트로, 디-(C1-4알킬)-아미노 또는 C1-4알콕시 치환체(들)를 임의적으로 포함하는 헤테로환기 또는 임의적으로 치환되는 페닐기를 나타내는데 여기서, 후자는 디-(C1~4알킬)-아미노기, 알킬, 메틸렌 디옥시 및 카르밤오일메톡시를 포함할수 있으며: 또한 메틸렌 디옥시 및 카르밤오일메톡시를 포함할수 있으며: 또한 R5과 R6중 하나는 수소를 나타낼수 있거나, 또는 R5및 R6은 함께 C4~15알킬렌을 나타내거나, 또는 인접 탄소원자에 이들이 함께 결합되어 페닐-(C1~4알킬)치환체를 포함하는 헤테로환기를 형성한다
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Q는 모르폴리노를 나타내고, R4는 C1~4알킬을 나타내며, R5및 R6은 하나이상의 할로겐치환체(들)을 포함하는 페닐을 나타내거나 또는 함께 C4~15알킬렌을 나타내는 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 화합물 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 하기 화합물 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염:
    1-(5-아미노-3-모르폴리노-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-N-메틸-N′-(2,6-디클로로벤질리덴)카르보티오히드라지드.
    6-메틸-2-모르폴리노-5,6,8,9-테트라히드로(1,2,4)트리아졸로(1,5-d)-(1,2, 4,6)테트라제핀-5(7Haa-티온-8-스피로-1′-시클로도데칸.
  4. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 트리아졸릴 히드라지드를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 옥소 화합물과 반응시킨후, 필요에 따라 이로부터 수득되는 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 고리-사슬 토오토머를 분리시키거나 또는 필요에 따라 일반식(Ia)의 화합물을 고리화 시킴을 특징으로하는, 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)의 트리아졸로 유도체 및 이의혼합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 Q는 수소 또는 하나 이상의 C1~4알킬 치환체(들)을 임의적으로 포함하는 헤테로환기: 또는 일반식 SR1의 기를 나타내는데 여기에서 R1은 직쇄 또는 축쇄 C1~4알킬, 또는 페닐-(C1-4알킬): 또는 일반식 NR2R3의 기를 나타내는데, 여기에서 R2및 R3은 각각 수소, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-12알킬 또는 페닐-(C1~4알킬) 을 나타내고 R4및 R7은 각각 수소, 하나이상의 할로겐 치환체(들)을 임의적으로 포함하는 페닐-(C1~4알킬)또는 C3~6알킬을 나타내고; R5및 R6은 각각 C1~4알콕시카르보닐기에 의하여 임의적으로 치환되는 C1~4알킬: 하나이상의 할로겐, 히드록실, 시아노, 니트로, 디-(C1~4알킬)-아미노 또는 C1~4알콕시 치환체(들)을 임의적으로 포함하는 헤테로환기 또는 임의적으로 치환되는 페닐기를 나타내는데 여기서, 후자는 디-(C1~4알킬)-아미노기, 알킬, 메틸렌 디옥시 및 카르밤오일메톡시를 포함할 수 있으며: 또한 R5과 R6중 하나는 수소를 나타낼수 있거나 또는, R5과 R6은 함께 C4~15알킬렌을 나타내거나, 또는 인접 탄소원자에 이들이 함께 결합되어 페닐-(C1~4알킬)치환체를 포함하는 헤테로환기를 형성한다.
    상기식에서, Q, R4및 R7은 상기 정의한 바와 같고, R6및 R6로 상기 정의한 바와같다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응을 반응물에 대하여 불활성인 용매중에서, 임의적으로는 과량의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 옥소화합물을 사용하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서 용매로서 C1~4알콜올(바람직하게는 메탄올, 에탄올 또는 이소프로판을)또는 디메틸포름아미드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 0℃내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 20℃내지 80℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ia)의 화합물을 주성분으로 함유하는 혼합물의 제조방법.
  9. 제4항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 80℃내지 160℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(IB)의 화합물을 주성분으로 함유하는 혼합물의 제조방법.
  10. 활성 성분으로서 하나 이상의 일반식(Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 적절한 불활성 고체 또는 액체의 약제학적 캐리어와 배합하여 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  11. 일반식(Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 적절한 불활성 고체 또는 액체의 치료학적 캐리어와 배합함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물의 제조방법.
  12. 특히 항앙기나 및/또는 정신안정/진정효과(들)을 갖는 약제학적 조성물의 제조용 일반식(Ia) 및/또는 (Ib)의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염의 용도.
  13. 유효량의 일반식(Ia) 및/또는 (Ib)의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 환자에게 투여함을 특징으로 하는 항앙기나 및/또는 정신안정/진정 치료방법.
