얇은 금속 필름을 갖는 합성 수지 성형품 및 그의 생성방법

제1도는 개별 층들의 배열을 예증하는, 본 발명에 따르는 성형품의 단순화된 개략적인 수직 횡단면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명 생성 방법의 실시에 사용하기 적합한 증기-상 부착 기구의 개략적인 도해이다.
제3(a)도는 예로 본 발명이 적용된 버클 조립체의 정면도이다; 제3(b)도는 수 부재의 정면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 합성 수지로 부터 성형된 지지체 표면상에 얇은 금속 필름을 갖는 합성 수지 성형품에 있어서, 상기 얇은 금속 필름이 증기-상 부착으로 형성된 첫번째 증착 금속층, 언더코우트 층, 증기-상 부착으로 형성된 두번째 증착 금속층 및 랍코우트 층으로 구성되고, 상기 모든 층들이 제시된 순서로 상기 지지체 표면상에 잇따라 제공됨을 개선점으로 하는 합성수지 성형품.
  2. 증기-상 부착으로 지지체 표면상에 바람직한 금속재료의 첫번째 증착 금속층을 형성시키고; 상기 첫번째 증착 금속층의 표면상에 상기 첫번째 금속층에 대해 접착력을 가진 언더코우팅 제제를 적용시켜, 언더 코우트 층을 형성시키고; 상기 어더코우트 층의 표면상에 증기-상 부착으로 바람직한 금속재료의 두번째 증착 금속층을 형성시키고; 상기 두번째 증착 금속층의 표면상에, 상기 두번째 금속층에 대해 접착력을 가진 탑코우팅 제제를 적용시켜,탑코우트층을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는, 합성 수지로 부터 성형된 지지체 표면상에 얇은 금속필름을 가진 합성수지 성형품을 생성시키기 위한 방법.
