Claims (1)
- 복수의 자기 소호형 전력용 반도체 소자의 직렬 회로를 직류 전원간에 접속하고, 상기의 각 반도체 소자에 병렬로 제1의 스너버용 축전기와 상기 직류 전원에 대해서 차례 방향의 정전압 이극관과의 직렬회로(이하 충전 스너버 회로라 한다)를 각각 접속한 전력 변환 장치이며, 상기 충방전 스너버 회로중 상기 직류 전압의 정극 또는 부극, 또는 이 양극에 접하는 각 충전 방전 스너버 회로내의 상기 정전압 이극관을 상기 직류 전원의 극측에 배치하고, 상기 전극측에 배치되는 상기 정전압 이극관의 캐소드와 상기 부극과의 사이, 또는 상기 부극측에 배치된 상기 정전압 이극관의 애노드와 상기 정극과 사이, 또는 그 캐소드와 애노드와 사이에 제2의 스너버용 축전기를 접촉한 것을 특징으로 하는 전력 변환 장치의 스너버 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초 출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
