Claims (24)
- 유동베드에서, 중합반응 조건하에, a)바나듐 화합물과 전자공여체의 반응 생성물, b)일반식 BX3또는 AIR(3-a)Xa (여기서, R은 각각 동일하거나 상이하며, 알킬 또는 알릴이고 X는 각각 독립적으로 염소, 브롬, 또는 요오드이고; a는 0,1또는 2이다)의 개질제 하나 이상, (c)할로카본 촉진제, 및 (d)하이드로카빌 알루미늄 공촉매를 함유하는 촉매시스템 [여기서, 성분 (a) 및 (b)는 무기 지지체내로 혼입된다]의 존재하에, 가스상에서 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 에틸리덴 노보넨과 수소를 반응시키며, 단 에틸렌의 분압은 약 25 내지 약 200psi의 범위이고, 에틸렌에 대한 프로필렌의 몰비는 약 0.2:1 내지 약 2:1의 범위이며, 에틸렌에 대한 수소의 몰비는 약 0.0001 : 1 내지 약 0.01 : 1의 범위이고, 에틸리덴 노보넨의 양은 유동 베드의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 1.5 내지 약 15중량%임을 특징으로 하는 EPDM(에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴 노보넨 삼원공중합체 고무)의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자공여체가, 바나듐 화합물이 용해될 수 있는 유기 루이스 염기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R의 탄소수가 1 내지 14인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자공여체가 테트라하이드로 푸란인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개질제가 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 하기 일반식을 갖는 방법.RyCX(4-y)상기식에서, R은 수소, 또는 비치환되거나 할로겐 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬 라디칼이고, X는 할로겐이고, y는 0.1 또는 2이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉진제가 클로로포름, 메틸렌 클로라이드, 또는 1,1,1-트리클로로에탄인 방법.

- 삼원공중합체 쇄의 약 20 내지 약 50중량%가 에틸리덴 노브넨을 기본으로 한 총 잔기의 약15중량%미만을 함유하는, 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 EPDM.
- 삼원공중합체쇄의 약 20 내지 약 30중량%가 에틸리덴 노보넨을 기본으로 한 총 잔기의 약 15중량% 미만을 함유하는, 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 EPDM.
- 삼원공중합체 쇄의 약 20 내지 약 50중량%가 에틸리덴 노보넨을 기본으로한 총 잔기의 약 15중량% 미만을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 EPDM.
- 삼원공중합체 쇄의 약 20 내지 약 30중량%가 에틸리덴 노보넨을 기본으로한 총 잔기의 약15중량% 미만을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 EPDM.
- 황-경화시킬 경우, 크실렌과 함께 환류시켜 부분적으로 용해시키고, 용해된 부분은 삼원공중합체 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 20 내지 약 50중량%의 범위인 EPDM.
- 제19항에 있어서, 용해된 부분이 약 20 내지 약 30중량%의 법위의 EPDM.
- 제15항에 있어서, 경화된 상태의 EPDM.
- 제15항에 있어서, 에티렌 잔기 약 50 내지 약 80중량%, 프로필렌 잔기 약 18 내지 약 50중량%, 에틸리덴 노보넨 잔기 약 2 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 EPDM.
- 제17항에 있어서, 경화된 상태의 EPDM.
