고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향 성형체 및 그의 제조방법

제1도는 실시예(시료1~6, 시료12~19) 및 비교예(시료7~10)에서 얻어진 고분자량 폴리에티렌 섬유에 있어서의 섬도와 강도간의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (8)

  1. 중량평균분자량이 300,000~600,000인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되고, 섬도가 15데니트이하이고, 인장강도가 1.7GPa이상이고, 또한 그 인장강도 S(GPa)와 그 중량 평균분자량 M(g/mol) 및 그 섬도 D(데니르)가 하기식〔Ⅰ〕
    으로 표시되는 관계를 만족하는 것이 특징인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향 성형체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인장강도가 2.OGPa이상인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향성형체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬도가 10데니트 이하인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향성형체.
  4. 중량평균분자량이 600,000을 넘는 고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 연신하여 얻어진 것이며, 섬도가 15데니르이하이고, 그 인장강도 S(GPa)와 중량평균분자량M(g/mol)과 섬도 D(데니트)가 하기식〔Ⅱ〕
    로 표시되는 관계를 만족시키는 것이 특징인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향성형체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 섬도가 10데니르 이하인 것이 특징인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향성형체.
  6. 중량평균분자량이 300,000~600,000인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 희석제의 혼합물을 이 혼합물이 유동가능한 온도에서 다이내의 상기 폴리에틸렌을 배향도 0.7이상의 폴리에틸렌 성형체가 얻어지도록 배향시키면서, 전단속도 20sec-1이상, 전단응력 1×105~8×105dyn/㎠으로 다이노즐을 통해 압출한후 상기 폴리에틸렌 성형체를 연신하는 것이 특징인 제1항의 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자 배향성형체의 제조방법.
  7. 중량평균분자량이 600,000이 넘는 고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 희석제의 혼합물을 이 혼합물이 유동가능한 온도에서 다이내의 상기 폴리에틸렌을 배향도 0.7이상의 폴리에틸렌 성형체가 얻어지도록 배향시키면서 전단속도 20sce-1이상, 전단응력 1×105-8×105dyn/㎠으로 다이노즐을 통해 압출한후 상기 폴리에틸렌 성형체를 연신하는 것이 특징인 제4항의 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 분자배향성형체의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 희석제가 고체 왁스상 물질인 것이 특징인 고분자량 폴리에틸렌분자배향 성형체의 제조방법.
