Claims (6)
- 로듐 및 유기 포스핀을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 메틸 크로토네이트를 히트로포르밀화시키는 반응을, 80 내지 120℃의 온도에서 20내지 30MPa의 압력하에 사용된 메틸 크로토네이트를 기준으로 10내지 500ppm의 로듐농도로써, 및 반응매질로서 유기용매에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 메틸 2-포르밀부티레이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로듐의 농도는 원래부터 사용된 메틸 크로토네이트를 기준으로 10내지 500pp, 바람직하게는 50 내지 200ppm 및 특별하게는 80 내지 120PPm인 방법.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 1내지 50몰, 특별하게는 2내지 20몰의 포스핀을 로듐의 매 1g원자당 사용하는 방법.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 히드로포르밀화를 90내지 110℃, 특별하게는 90 내지 100℃, 에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기용매가 지방족 탄화소수, 특별하게는 시클로헥산인 방법.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응혼합물에서 유기용매의 비율은 20내지 80중량%인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
